"This is your Halloween party, you gotta dance at it." Jack chuckled to me over the loud music holding my one hand that wasn't holding a drink in it permanently.

"I don't think so. I don't really dance." I mumbled.

"Yes you do, come on." He grumbled pulling me right into the middle of costumed sweating teens dancing their socks off.

"Ollie." I whined but he soon was being dragged onto the floor by Emma who was almost certainly drunk, because she'd been having drink since we were setting up the hall that afternoon.

We danced it was okay I guess because Lily and Matt joined us and soon our whole popular group was standing with us I felt like awkward and weird. I soon did get bored though and left the dance floor with Lily moaning at me to stay.

"You got bored too." I laughed at Oliver as he joined me by the bar.

"Yes I haven't drunk quite enough to get involved with...that yet." He pointed over at the horrible display of Jack and Emma dancing.

"Oh god, no I'm not either." I scoffed. "Hey do you know what the time is?" I asked quickly.

"Uh yeah quarter past ten I think." He said happily taking a sip of his drink.

"I'm just going to check my phone." I smiled slipping behind the bar and grabbing my phone from my bag where we left our things and then I snuck outside into the cool September night air.

I had a missed call for Richard that I wasn't too worried about so I just phoned him back but got no reply. I'd check back at half past 10 and see what's up.

I came back inside to see a man stood at the bar with Oliver.

"Hi." I spoke happily but widened my eyes at Richard as he embarrassed me and stood there in a stupid mask talking to Oliver.

Oliver had no idea who he was but I did and so I stood on Richards foot. Hard.

"Oh hey Jen this guys costume is great isn't it?" Oliver laughed and finished his drink quickly.

"Fabulous yeah but I think he has to go to the loo, oh I can show him where they are." I scowled at Richard but put on a fake smile in front of Oliver. I grabbed Richards arm and reluctantly he finally let me guide him outside of the gym.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I yelled flicking the stupid mask of his face and groaning at him.

"Meeting you." He hummed.

"And talking to Ollie?" I mumbled ruffling a hand through my hair.

"Ollie? He has a nickname now?"

"I have a nickname!" I groaned.

"Jen is just a shorter version of your name, not a nickname." He grumbled at me and I couldn't believe we were even having this conversation.

"Oo." I breathed out trying to chill myself out because tonight was suppose to be a good night. "Shall we just go to dorm?" I chuckled shrugging my shoulder.

"I'd love that." Richard said taking hold of my hand as we walked Round the back of the gym and down towards my dorm.

I knew there was no chance of interruption as Lily and Matt were sure they were staying out until the early hours of the morning, determined to get so drunk they couldn't remember anything.

It was silly I know, but I couldn't talk her out of it and she wouldn't want to do it again after the hangover she was going to get tomorrow.

So that meant Richard and I didn't have to lock ourselves in my room. I locked dorm in case anyone came barging in without a key and we set up camp on the sofa.

We put the TV on but with no real intention to watch anything.

In the end Richard and I were making out on the sofa, him straddling my waist basically and nibbling furiously at my neck, electing moans from my mouth.

We broke away laughing at one point and out of breath. "I love you." Richard said laying on top of me and looking deeply into my eyes.

"I love you too." I hummed looking back up at him and smiling. I loosely bit my lip knowing what was happening next.

We'd wasted over an hour just making out and now it was actually pretty late. Gradually we removed clothing from one another and I felt myself get pretty comfortable. But we both still had the basic clothes on.

I think because we were being fairly noisy I didn't notice the key going into the door. But I certainly noticed the door opening but it was too late. My mouth couldn't open quick enough to warn Richard all I could do was push him away.
