Lily was alone in dorm as I rushed through the door in a complete panic. "I'm late, I'm late, I'm late." I hissed throwing my jacket off and walking into my room.

"For a very important date?" Lily joked as I whizzed past her into my bedroom.

"Ha ha very funny." I called to her changing my clothes. There was a sudden knock at the door and I yelled at Lily. "Could you get that please?"

"Uh huh." She said turning the volume on the TV down and getting up to go to the door.

"Oh hey." Richard smiled.

"What are you here for?" Lily frowned looking him up and down.

"I know it's new news but you can't have forgotten I'm your roommates boyfriend?" He joked around with her.

"I mean why are you picking her up? That's weird, you never did it before." Lily scoffed angrily.

"Before it was a secret and I couldn't." Richard rolled his eyes.

"She's getting changed." Lily sighed letting him in.

"So is this going to be a regular thing now?" Lily groaned at me as I appeared out of my room fully dressed putting shoes on.

"What?" I mumbled.

"Him coming here? Picking you up or whatever." Lily shrugged.

"Uh yeah. Is that okay? He's my boyfriend." I laughed moving to towards Richard and smiling at him.

"Alright then." Lily smiled but I sensed it wasn't real. "Bye."

"See ya later." I hummed pushing Richard out of the door quickly.

"Everything alright over here?" Matt asked as Lily and I were eating lunch, not at our regular table.

"Fine Matt." Lily snapped but gave him a smile so he knew she wasn't serious.

"Wanna explain this?" He asked sitting down beside me.

"What?" Lily moaned.

"You're sitting away from everyone else. Why?" Matt asked and I felt so awkward as I glanced at Lily giving her the eyes. She looked at me and gave me a small smile.

"We had to talk about something." Lily said suddenly and I nodded along. "We didn't want to be interrupted."

"Oh yeah important stuff." I nodded.

"Alright, I'll leave you be." He frowned at us as he stood up. Gradually he walked away and back to our regular table.

"I'm sorry Jen, I was going to warn him but I forgot." Lily apologised straight away as he was now out of earshot.

"It's okay." I shook my head, "don't worry about it."

She was apologising because we'd been working on what the doctors had told me about eating regularly and we decided to eat in a different location and avoid crowds of people.

Apparently I could be a nervous eater without even knowing it. So we were eating away from the group and so far it was kind of working.

"I should be getting to the paper anyway." I smiled at her.

"Jen." She sighed knowing I'd been put off and couldn't finish eating anything.

"Lil, it's okay really." I nodded throwing the food in the bin and leaving quickly.

"Thanks a lot mate." Lily groaned pushing Matt as he met her in her down that night to hang out.

"Ow! What did I do?" Matt stepped frustrated.

"Lunchtime, I was finally getting food into that girl and you stopped it." Lily hit him again annoyed.

"Oh hey! Okay. I'm sorry. I didn't realise what you were doing." He shrugged.

"I know, it's just annoying. For future reference never do it again." Lily smirked at him as they walked over to the sofa.

"I'll try not to." Matt scoffed sitting down with Lily to chill out and watch some films.

I woke up in the night feeling pretty damn awful so I decided instead of suffering in my stuffy room in silence I'd distract myself with the TV. I got out of bed round 4:30am and grabbed my laptop and stuck myself on the sofa.

I turned the TV on and put it on the lowest volume where I could just about hear it but it wasn't loud enough for Lily to hear.

I opened my laptop and actually meaning to work, I distracted myself with YouTube videos for a while until I finally started proof reading an essay I was handing in tomorrow.

I'd been given an extension on it but I had basically finished it and was going to give it on time anyway.

"Oh now this isn't funny." Lily groaned walking out of her room at 7am to see Jenna laying on the sofa asleep, her laptop resting on her chest and the tv on.

She glanced at the screen and saw the essay and gently removed the laptop from Jenna's hands. She went to her room and put the laptop away while grabbing a blanket and placing it over her as she slept.

Then as Lily was about to leave dorm for breakfast she wrote a quick note saying where she was and shed be back in half an hour to wake her up before class. She stuck the post-it note to her forehead and left.

When I woke up to the bright luminous colour of pink in my eyes I was a tiny bit confused. Until I realised it was a note from Lily and I removed it from my forehead and groaned.

I reached for my phone and quickly dialled her number.

"You're very funny." I said when she picked up.

"You're overworked." She replied.

"Nah I was doing that to distract myself. I didn't feel great last night." I shrugged getting up and moving around dorm to get a drink.

"But an essay calms you?"

"Yeah as a matter of fact it does." I scoffed at her holding the phone between my ear and my shoulder as I opened my water.

"Weirdo." She snapped.

"That's me." I laughed.

"See you in 5." Lily said before quickly hanging up and I chucked my phone on my bed and started to get ready again for a long day at school.
