"I'll go, it's fine." Richard nodded as he understood and had heard that conversation we had just yelled at each other.

"I don't want you to go. Please." I moaned like a little child but I was serious I never realised how much I needed him until he was gone and I hated being without him recently.

"You and I both know we won't let things get bad like with maisie but your dad obviously doesn't get it so I may as well just go and find a hotel just out of town." He shrugged effortlessly.

"You're not leaving then."

"No I wanted to spend time with you. I didn't travel all the way down here to argue with you, have sex and then leave." He rolled his eyes. "Though that doesn't sound too bad." He shrugged.

"Stop joking! Maybe I should just come up with you to your house--" A ringing started from my phone. "It's Lily, two seconds."

"Well I'm going up for a week to see Lily before uni starts in two weeks and so maybe I'll come back with you then?" I asked Richard.

"Wait so I'll get hotel this week and we'll travel to ashford on... Saturday? Yeah and then we have a week left you can spend at mine or Lily's." Richard nodded.

"I can't believe how quickly the holidays have gone and I haven't even gone abroad." I sighed.

"You're going to America at Christmas remember." Richard rolled his eyes.

"We don't know that yet. We haven't even booked it." I moaned kissing him gently.

"Well I want to go away with you and you never stop talking about New York so I think we should book it." He explained before kissing me again and then smiling down.

"Maybe, anyway I look forward to seeing Lily, apparently she has a surprise for me." I giggled.

"Shall I take you to your hotel now? I've got to go to work anyway." I smiled knowing Richard didn't feel comfortable in my house anymore which was not what I wanted at all.

"Work?"

"Yes." I moaned. "Please support me in this."

"I can't I'm sorry. You're flaunting your body off to people and that just not how I see you. You were so scared to have sex with me at the beginning, where's that Jenna?" He groaned at me.

"Alright, bully. I'm going to hope that's just you moody because of the hotel situation and not because of modelling. I need to do it to have some money for university." I rolled my eyes.

"You don't have any student loans, you got a scholarship. You'll have money Jen don't worry." He sighed.

"I'm not like you rich, I don't just put my hand out to daddy and expect thousands." I snapped then I saw him just get angry and I flicked in a second. "You know I didn't mean--"

"Yes you work for your money but so I do. I have to go to the company with dad all the time. I've got to take over his business because I'm the only male, you think I want that?" He just snapped in a second. It was a sensitive subject for him.

"Yes okay okay rich I'm sorry. But some people would die to take over an entire newspaper business." I shrugged.

"You want it? Take it..." Richard sighed and I frowned at him. "Okay I don't mean that. I just mean--"

"I know. You don't have to explain yourself me." I smiled and pushed him down the stairs and out towards my car.

"I'm going to get the car, I had to park quite far down the road yesterday because there was no room. Stay here." I pecked Richards cheek before walking out to go and get the car.

I felt bad because I had just left him alone with my dad and Rachel.

"Sorry to do this Richard." Dave said shrugging his shoulders as they stood in the hallway.

"You gotta do this I guess." He sighed looking out the window hoping to see Jenna but it would take more than 2 second to get the car. "Can I just say one thing?"

"Yes?" Rachel asked.

"She's broken. These last few months she has fallen into the deepest pit. Next time you have a chance, glance at her wrists or her stomach and even on her neck. It might surprise you that you know nothing about her anymore." Richard said furious with them both.

"I know my own daughter." Dave scoffed. "She told us she was down, but it's not that serious."

"Well she lied. Wouldn't be the first time would it? She couldn't eve tell me to begin with like she's tell you! Just we very weary about what you're doing. The only normality in her life is me and your taking that away from her. Good luck." He shrugged.

"Richard!" I called from the car, the door was open slightly as I watched him say bye to dad and Rachel and then jump down into my car. "You alright? Were they mean?"

"No they were fine." Richard smiled as he got in the car.

When Jenna was back at home she tried not to talk to Dave and Rachel because of the whole situation. So she spent a lot of time with violet. It meant that they could watch Jenna closely.

"I saw it." Rachel shrugged.

"What?"

"The scars that Richard was talking about the ones on her arms are faded and she covers them but she was playing with violet and when she lifted her in the air her top came up and I saw the marks." She said well and truly concerned now.

"Really?" He frowned.

"Go see for yourself." She pointed at the door and he went through. It was what Rachel had described. Jenna was lifting violet in a game and her top rode up enough for Dave to sneak a glance at the scars.

"Richard was right." Dave sighed. "She's not right at all."
