In Omnia Paratus (AU) - Book 2

Spa day

"Jenna Coleman?" The man called out as I sat in the waiting room fiddling with my phone. I looked up and gave the man the nod that it was me. "Victoria is ready for you." He smiled gently and I got up to go into the room.

"Hey." I smiled placing to bag down next to me as I sat opposite Victoria on the other side of her desk. She looked busy doing paperwork and typing on her computer.

"Jenna." She smiled looking away from her computer and sifting through some papers. "Alright I have your test results back." Victoria said gently. "It looks like you're not eating enough."

"Wait what?"

"You've got weak muscles, deep pain in your limbs. You should eat fairly regularly." She explained. "This says you're underweight." She pointed at the piece of paper and shrugged her shoulders.

"Well, I eat. Of course I do." I laughed.

"Are you sure?" Victoria raised an eyebrow at me.

"Yes I'm sure." I defended.

"So what are you doing in town? I thought you might reschedule for when you're back at school." She said changing the subject realising I was annoyed by her accusations.

"I'm visiting Lily and some other friends from school. We're going to a spa nearby. It's cute and girly I guess." I smiled as I saw her taking notes from the computer and writing things down.

"Ah cool, yeah the spa will be relaxing won't it?" She smiled at me gently. "Right so I've got these for those with eating disorders and things like that. It's a journal and you can either just write what you eat everyday in it. Or you can put pictures in it, it doesn't really matter."

"Are you tracking what I eat?" I frowned.

"Just this next week. Then you'll have to email it to me next week. Look, Jenna I believe you when you say you're eating but maybe it's just not enough. Not three square meals a day or something, which can affect you when you have an illness like this."

"I do not have an illness, you make it sound like I'm dying." I mumbled angrily.

"Look, please. Just do this and I'll back off this whole under weight thing." She smiled at me holding out this journal for me to document everything I eat.

"I'm so excited for the spa. Come in." Lily said as I knocked on her door and she let me come in straight away. "I've missed you." She wrapped her arms around me tightly.

"Me too." I said leaning into the hug and closing my eyes.

"God it's nice to have someone my age around." Lily complained as we went upstairs.

"Why?" I asked.

"Ruby and Emilia have their friends round all the time and for some reason because their twins they have like double the friends. So I'm surrounded by 7 year olds...constantly." Lily complained walking around her room getting ready.

"Oo that's rough." I laughed sitting down. It was we're being in Lily's Josue because I think I'd been here once before when I had to pick her up or something but her room was so weird.

It was from she was 13 and she left for Ashford and it kinda turned into a guest room when she wasn't here but there were still essences of 13 year old Lily in here.

"Right so my dance teacher phones me today and asked me to come info Ashford to start early dance training, a week before school started because she sees I have potential." Lily frowned a little.

"Is that bad? That means she likes you." I shrugged.

"Yeah but a week back early? No ones there. It's boring as fuck. Any chance you wanna come back a week early?" She asked raising her eyebrows.

"I could do. I'm so bored of the same daily routine. Getting up doing nothing and maybe getting a call to do modelling in the evening." I complained.

"You would be my angel if you came back with me. I mean Ashford is better than home but still, it'll be empty." Lily said rolling her eyes.

"Okay I'll come a back a week early." I complied.

Though I knew that I'd have to check with Richard because we were planning to go away for a weekend on like a mini holiday together somewhere and basically get the chance to have sex other than secretly and quietly at my house.

Though I was thinking about visiting him after the spa today.

We were in this really cool pool bit that was quite humid and sweaty. Me, Lily, Lucy and Olivia. We were just chatting amongst ourselves and it was so nice in here.

"So a group holiday next year before uni sounds like an amazing idea." Lucy said excitedly.

"And we can bring the boys." Olivia said referring to them all having boyfriends except me, to their knowledge. I didn't have a boyfriend though. There was no strings.

"I think a holiday somewhere hot. How could would it be to all share a gigantic like 10 person villa and have our own private pool and stuff?" Lily said really excitedly.

"Yes. Let's do it." Olivia said.

"I'll arrange a group chat later." Lucy smiled knowingly.

"Hey Jen, that guy is totally checking you out." Olivia said smirking at me but quietly talking so he couldn't hear us. I had noticed the amazingly fit guy who was sat with his mates staring at me quite a few times.

"I don't know." I scoffed.

"You look hot right now in that bikini. You should use it go and talk to him." Lucy said.

"Unless there's a reason you don't want to--" Lily sang as if she knew something but she didn't. She just assumed that I still loved Richard and wouldn't date anyone else.

"No, it's just because he's leaving." I shrugged.

"Oh you for out of this one Coleman." Lily smirked as also stood up as water poured down us and we adjusted our bikinis until we grabbed our robes and went to see what they had for lunch in the spa cafe.
