Chapter 3

Okay I'm back and I've done the 3rd chapter. Please excuse the grammar mistakes cause me and spelling ain't exactly kosher. But comment and vote if ur enjoying the story thus far. Trust me, once we get past this Dominion thing I will get to the romance. Be patient pls.

"Father! What exactly is the meaning of this?!" 

The entire family of nobles, sits in the great library. The Dominion sits in a large arm chair, his wife behind him, hands on his shoulders. 

"It is exactly as I have said. None of you are worthy in my eyes."

The second son laughed.  

"Oh we are not worthy? How did you become Dominion in the first place, I wonder? If you didn't have your head up in the clouds you'd realize that you are really the one who isn't worthy."

The Dominion jumped up from his seat and the air bristled with electricity. He stood in front of his son and grabbed the back of his head by the hair, yanking his head back. 

The second son stared at his father.

"If you can't even get the best of a dreamer like me, what the hell makes you think you are qualified to handle what is to come?"

The second son said nothing, and his father released him. 

"This isn't over old man." 

He, followed by his younger brother, stomped defiantly out of the room.  

All that remained was the first son, the Dominion's Second, Carmen and Isabella.  

The Dominion didn't return to his seat, but instead kissed his wife on the cheek and did the same with his first son, who he deemed the less reptilian Out of the three. 

"Second, escort the better half of my family to their chambers. I must speak with Isabella." 

The first son bowed, slightly and Carmen's face was again racked with worry. 

The Dominion smiled.  

"Go my love. I will be there shortly." 

She sighed and turned to leave, followed by the First son and the Dominion's Second. 

The door slammed shut behind them. 

The daughter looked at her father, and the Father at his daughter. 

"Isabella....I will be frank." 

The Dominion began. 

"I wanted you to be Heir to my throne."
