Isabella held on to the edge of the window sill as a black woman named Annabelle pulled the laces of her corset tight.

She was released and Annabelle helped her put on the rest of her dress.

It was a beautiful dress, outfitted almost entirely in lack with a huge satin bow and a high lace collar.

"Oh, you look so adorable. You sit in that seat over there and I'll be back."

She went into another room and started yelling in French.

"I don't give a damn how pretty it is, I refuse to put this on!"

Onyx burst into her room wearing a simple starched blue dress without a petticoat.

Annabelle was trying to fasten a hits Linen hood around her head.

"Sit still!"

"No!"

However, she was able to force it around Onyx's head and forced her hair into it.

She kind of looked like a tall and sultry pilgrim if you could picture it.

Isabella could help but laugh.

"What's so funny?"

"You look funny."

"Hardy har har."

She turned to Annabelle and scowled as she saw that the young woman was laughing too.

"Shut yer trap. Come, Princess let's hurry up and get out of here. Thank's Annabelle."

"Au revoir!"

Onyx took Isabella by the hand and led her away from the shop.

Lewis was outside waiting for them and he snickered when he caught sight of them.

"You too?!"

"I'm sorry but you look so uncomfortable."

"Whatever. Oh, I almost forgot. Here."

She tied a lace hood over Isabella's head.

"Why do I have to wear this?"

"You're a lady. Ladies cover their heads in public. Now hurry up and let's find this witch."

"Do you know where she lives?"

"Nope."

"What about her name?"

"Nope."

"....what she looks like?"

"I know she's really really old."

"Wow. I thought you knew everything."

"I do. I just don't know that."

Isabella sighed and followed Onyx as they walked the busy streets of Boston.

"Well if we are going to find this witch we are going to have to talk to a few people."
