Narrator: Back in Seattle, Billy and Ami worry about how the children are faring without their loving guidance.
Billy (in interview): We've never been apart from them for this long - ever. I hope Matt and Bam are stepping up to lead without butting heads too much.
Ami (in interview): I do worry about how they are getting on. Do they miss us? Do they need us? What have I not taught them to do yet in order to take care of themselves?
Narrator: With the extreme, pizza-cooking fire heating up, the three brothers look to their younger sisters for something to cook inside their new oven.
Bird and Rain emerge from the main cabin carrying a large pan with dough stretched across it. "We need some help!" Rain exclaims to her brothers. Bear opens a can of tomatoes (with the label taped over) with his knife and proceeds to dump it over the circle of dough. Noah produces a large piece of what we can only assume is venison sausage and arranges slices over the tomatoes. Gabe sprinkles grated cheese (wherever the hell they sourced that in the bush, we will never know) over the top. Just as they are about to place the pizza in the new outdoor oven, Matt and Amber appear at the edge of the tree-line with a basket full of mushrooms. "Haha!" Matt shrieks. "Just in time!" as Amber decorates the top of the pie with their freshly picked wild mushrooms.
Narrator: As the family gathers around the new oven to share a meal together, second-eldest brother, Bam takes comfort in the love of his siblings in the aftermath of his devastating break-up with his bush beauty.
Bam appears through the door of his trapper shack and Rainy runs over to give him a hug. She leads him over to the bench by the fire. In the next scene, the family is shown sharing pizza, talking loudly and laughing together.
Narrator: While living in the Alaskan bush may not be for everyone, the Brown family has not only found a way to survive in the wilderness but to thrive in the harsh conditions by working together.
The camera pans out skyward until all that is seen is trees and the waterline of the beach. Screen fades to black.
