Halsey had slammed the locker door in my face, "I can't believe you missed Melanie's dog's funeral." She spat, as we kept on walking in the halls.

"I totally lost track of time, though I was with Vic-"

She rolled her eyes and sarcastically laughed, "Vic, Vic, Vic. That's all you ever talk about now, you might as well be married!" She said to me angrily, and storming away.

Hayley sighed, "Melanie's funeral for her dog was sad..only five people actually came and her speech about the dog was just..ugh so many feels, you know? Halsey's just upset that she, I, and Melissa were there and you weren't."

I shrugged, as we walked into the spirit squad room,

I picked a seat on the floor, as we all moved the desks back. That's how we ran most of our meetings, anyway. We only used the chairs and desks to work on art or posters and paint.

"Alright, so we have enough money to run this dance  in two weeks, right?" Patricia asked, looking down at her clipboard.

"Yeah, we do." Said a guy, and as I looked back I saw that it was Garret. He winked at me. Nope. I turned back around.

"Kellin and Vic, do you have the fliers?"

"We're supposed to be making fliers the whole time?" I asked.

Halsey's room^

"Ugh, Jessica's staring shit again. Look, she's saying she switched Melissa's shampoo with green hair dye," said Hayley, "what the fuck?"

I rolled my eyes, "let me see that?" I asked. Hayley then handed me the phone,

I laughed out loud, and then called, "Melissa! How's your hair?"

Literally five seconds later she ram into the room with a shocked expression, and turned around,

"Guys! We have a problem, here. My hair is turning booger green.." Melissa mumbled, turning to us.

Halsey noticed her hair and took an earbud out of her ear, "holy shit Melissa. Yikes."

"Not helping." Hayley spoke, glaring at Halsey.

She laughs, "I'm kidding, I'm kidding," she began, "and the boys from the football team are having a pool party at Jaime's house. We should go."

I shook my head, "I'm done with partying.."

Melissa hit my shoulder, "aw, come on Kellin! You're the life of the party..you have to be there."

I crossed my arms, "only if Vic's gonna be there."

Hayley rolled her eyes, "just ask him, then."

I opened up snapchat,
