The cool air hit my face causing my cheeks to turn a rosy color. I sat down on the wooden bench and watched the geese make their way across the water. Shawn and I used to come here whenever we were little and feed the geese. He tried to push me in onetime, but I pulled him in with me. I remember back in 6th grade when we were put in the same chorus class. He had such an amazing voice, but he thought he sounded horrible. I encouraged him, and now he is traveling all across the world. He is performing here Toronto tonight, but I don't think I'll be able to go. If I even got to go it's not like he would recognize me, he's too famous to remember me.

"Y/N?" My head snapped in the direction I heard the familiar voice. There he was a boy I haven't seen in 4 years standing in front of me. "Shawn?" My voice was barely audible over my heart beat that was ringing in my ear. We walked towards each other. The corners of his lips curved into a smile, he wrapped his arms around my body and hugged me. I hugged him back, it reminded me of the time he was leaving and it was time to say goodbye.

He pulled away and sighed. His breath made a gray smoke due to the coldness. "I missed you." He said. "I missed you too, I didn't think I was going to get to see you." I admitted. "Why?" He asked. "Well I thought you forgot about me." I said honestly.
"I could never forget about you." He said and hugged me once again.
