Today was a joke.

I woke up really early and had butterflies in my stomach because today was driving test day. I was still not at all confident of driving either of the vehicles but well, there was no time left.

I woke up quite early, got ready and then Alex and I went to the Driving Test Arena. We were quite early, there was no one on site in sight. An hour later, we found my driving school people and went up to them. They completed all our procedures and asked us to wait till the driving officer comes. It was 10 AM at that time.

And it took about 3 and a half fuckinh hours for the Driving Officer to come. Yeah sure, people are very professional here. The interesting thing was that this officer came along with my driving school owner. That's when I knew that I am definitely passing this test today.

We all stood in a line and one by one, everyone had to sit in a car, the same car that we had learnt driving on! The car with the clutch and brake on both the sides! And who will sit next to you? Your own frickin' driving teacher! The Driving Officer would just stand inside one office and see the car move. Wut?!

When I sat in the car, my driver instructed me to just hold on to the steering wheel and accelerate when he says so while he put the gears in place and took charge of the brake. While taking a reverse, he put the reverse gear and just told me to look behind and pretend as if I'm doing everything. So you go forward for a second and then backwards for a second. And your driving test is done. Dafaq?! DAFAQ?!

So I passed the stupid test for the car but the real deal was the scooter cause I had to do that all alone. But I breezed through that too. I just had to go forward for a second. That's it. So in short, I passed both the test.

I am literally laughing at this super lenient system here. Literally a person with zero driving experience can pass this test.

No wonder we hear about all these wonderful accidents everyday.
