In around July 2014, Marissa had asked me to fill a questionnaire for her psychology assignment. I had decided to be helpful and write it all down. The options were 'very rarely', 'rarely', 'sometimes', 'often' and 'very often'.

Q1) What is the main cause of stress for you? Why?
The main reason for my stress is that I am self-conscious and overthink a lot. This is because I do not like criticism.

Q2) What is the main effect of stress on you?
The main effect of stress on me is that I remain socially secluded, I under-eat and sometimes I fall into depression and I am not able to express my thoughts and feelings to others. I remain confused.

Q3) How do you deal with stress?
I read books. Books give me confidence and a peek into troubles and achievements of other people, though fictional. I talk to a really close friend or listen to soulful music.

Most of this is true even now.

I'd just like to add something for the last question. Apart from those activities, I also exercise and play cards to reduce stress.
