54) Early Morning Runs

I got in the shower it was around 6am and after my shower I threw on a sports bra some leggings and some Nike running shoes. I tied my jacket around my waist grabbed my phone and headphones and I left for the park I run at every morning.

As soon as I got to the trail I just started running. I stopped after running 4 laps around the trail. I stopped for a second and when I stopped I saw my neighbor looking fine as hell drinking water. He had sweat going down his abs and he had on some jogging pants.

I was drooling over his body. "Hey Skye didn't think I would see you out here" he says.

"H-h-hey K-Keith um yeah I come out here um every morning it's hot out here woahh" I stuttered while fanning myself. "Yeah you ok Skye" he says.

"Yep I'm fine just ya know it's really hot out here"

"Yeah it is" he says chuckling. Honestly I've always had a tiny crush on him just ya know a huge one. It's really bad. I guess I was to in my thoughts to notice him saying anything. "Skye hello you still there" he says putting his hand in my face. "Oh yeah sorry I think I should um finish my run I'll see you around"

"Yeah you might want to tie your shoe first" he says. I looked down and my shoe was untied. I put my leg up on the rock next to him and tied my shoe. I heard him mumble something. "You say something" I said. "No nothing" he says. I started back running. After running for another hour I went back to my apartment.

I took a shower and got back in bed for a little while.

The next morning
I was at the trails as usually and I stopped at a bench and sat down for a second. I saw Keith come over to me sweaty. Oh lord what I would do with that man. "Good morning Skye how's your run so far"

"It's a run" I said. "Ok well you want to go to breakfast with me after this"

Is he asking me out? Nah he ain't asking me out. "Are you asking me out"

"Yeah I am actually"

"Um well yeah sure after ya know I shower and stuff"

"Yeah I'll pick you up in an hour"

"Alright I guess I should go now"

"Yeah see ya" he says waving at me as I run off.

Wow that deadass just happened woah. Life is crazy.

I know it's short but I'm running low on ideas but I hope you liked it.
