"Chres, wake up." I whisper, kissing his cheek.

"Mm, I'm tired." He whines, burying his face in my neck.

"It's time to get up, daddy. You have work." I remind him. "You told me you're going with Jake today."

"Right." He yawns.

He opens his eyes, staring at me. After a second, he begins smiling. "Good morning, beautiful."

"Good morning, handsome." I kiss his cheek.

He tightens his arms around me. "I don't wanna leave you."

"You don't have to go to work with him." I smile. "You could stay home with me and the kids and we could go to the park."

"I wish." He pecks my lips. "Unfortunately, we may have to move so we need all the money we can get."

He sits up, stretching his arms out.

"You're amazing." I tell him.

"So are you." He smiles.

I yawn, stretching my arms and looking around the room.

Chres stares at me, a small smile on his face.

It doesn't click that his eyes are open, but I take his hand again anyway.

Then my head snaps towards him. He still holds a smile.

"Surprise?" He asks, his voice very hoarse.

Before I know it, I've jumped into his arms, hugging him tightly and already sobbing. "You're awake."

"Yeah." He nods. "I can't move my arms."

I kiss his face, "Its okay, I'm going to get the doctor."

I hurry to get the doctor. "He's up." I tell the first nurse I see that looks familiar. She rushes to tell the doctor and other nurses.

I run back to my baby.

He lays on the bed in the same position, his eyes closed.

"Am I going crazy?" I ask myself.

"No, I'm just messing with you." He chuckles, opening his eyes. "I'm is up, boo. And I'm already annoying you."

I laugh, sitting beside him and taking his hand again.

"Are you hot?" He asks. "I am."

"Its cold in here, baby." I shake my head.

"Uncover me. I can't move my arms." I uncover him, putting the cover at the end of the bed. "Thank you."

"You're welcome, honey." The doctor walks in right after that.

"Well, isn't it nice to see you awake." He laughs. "Any pain?"

"Yeah, in my stomach area. And I can't move my arms or my legs." Chres sighs.

"That's completely normal. You were in a coma for ten weeks."

Chres' eyes widen, "What happened?"

"You don't remember?" The doctor asks.

"Nope. I just remember that she's having my baby." He smiles. "I'm gonna be a dad...again."

"Well that's wonderful." The doctor congratulates him.

Chres looks around with the biggest smile on his face.
