Author's Note: There are a lot of changes. So, consider this an Alternate Universe/Ending from the Series Finale episode.
"Ugh," Theo groaned, leaning forward and placing his hands on his knees. Castiel had zapped all four of them back to Beacon Hills within seconds. "I seriously think I'm going to be sick," Theo rushed to the dumpster to throw up.
"You'll be fine, son," Dean said as he walked up to Theo's black truck, once again admiring the automobile. "I swear, this could be Baby's sister," Dean told Sammy as they threw their bags in the back of the truck. Sam rolled his eyes at Dean.
Theo came back, feeling much better. He pulled out his keys from his pocket and unlocked the doors before all four of them climbed in. Sam and Castiel sat in the back as Dean took the passenger seat. Theo started the car, his phone immediately connecting to the truck's Bluetooth. Within 10 seconds after driving back towards Beacon Hills, Theo received a call from Scott. He pushed the phone button on his steering wheel.
"Theo, are you back yet?" Scott's voice echoed through the speakers.
"I just got back. What's-"
"My mom just called from the hospital. She's trapped in the hospital with Y/N, Liam, Mason, and Corey," Scott quickly interrupted, not giving Theo a chance to finish what he was going to say.
Hearing the word 'trapped' and Y/N's name concerned Theo. "What do you mean trapped? Is this Monroe's idea?" Theo gritted the hunter's name between his teeth as his grip on the steering wheel tightened, making his knuckles turn white.
Dean and Sam didn't let that go unnoticed. Sam couldn't help but smirk knowing Dean reacted the same way when someone he loved was taken as bait.
"Just buy us more time. Wherever Liam and the others are, get them out of there as soon as possible," Scott said.
"Am I buying you time to come up with a plan or to get help?" Theo asked. "Because I certainly got some help."
Scott let out a small sigh of relief. "Okay, good. Call me back if you need anything."
Scott hung up as Theo stepped on the gas pedal, eager to get to the hospital as soon as possible. Again, Sam couldn't help but smile. Dean would go above and beyond to save him or anyone else Dean cared for, and watching Theo react the same way made Sam feel stupid for thinking Dean and Theo should do a DNA test.
"What are you smiling about?" Theo snapped as he saw Sam from the rearview mirror.

Sam quickly wiped off the smirk before letting out a chuckle. "Nothing. You are your father's son."
Theo was confused and Dean fought against glaring his eyes at his baby brother. Ignoring him, Dean looked back at Theo. "So, what's the plan?" He asked.
"We're going to sneak into the hospital. I don't know how if they're locked in, but we're going to save them."
