Raven burst into the apartment so excited to try on the outfit the designer had given him. They had complimented him over and over for a job well done. It had been fun, too. The girls had been really nice to him.
Will jumped back when the boy came racing down the hall. "How'd it go?"
"Best day of my life!" Raven entered his room and started spreading everything out across the bed.
Will stood in the doorway. "Where did you get all of this?"
Raven took off his shirt and pulled on the graphic t-shirt and the hand-sewn jacket. "The designer gave them to me."
"Gave them?"
"Yeah." Raven went to look in the full-length mirror he had ordered for his room. "The designer didn't like how the shot looked so he asked if I'd model his clothes too. He gave them to me as kind of like a payment."
"Whoa, I thought you just went to help out?"
"I did at first." Raven faced his guardian. "And then just out of nowhere, he asked me. It was so much fun." The sub went to his bed and sat down with a sigh.
"The pictures weren't too revealing, right?"
Raven shook his head. "I was shirtless in a couple, but that was it."
"Well, as long as it didn't go past that." He smiled at the boy. "I'm glad you had fun."
"I wish I could do it every day." He fell back and rested his arm over his eyes.
Will just laughed. "Dinner is nearly ready. Wash up and come on out."
"Okay."
The dominant closed the door. Raven rolled onto his side and stared at his phone. He waited and surprised everyone back home once the images were published. His first shoot as an actual model, it was too exciting. Jace even got to help with the photo editing. Come Monday, Raven had a feeling it was all the two boys were going to talk about and hopefully get the chance to do it again.

Raven squealed with delight when Jace showed him the finished images that the designer had chosen. "Are these really going to be in a magazine?"
"Yeah, in next month's issue. I'll bring you one." Jace took out his laptop from his bag.
"Really? That would be awesome." He looked through the prints. "Wow... they look so nice. Not that your's aren't amazing," Raven quickly added.
Jace smiled. "I'll get you a couple copies."
"Thank you!" Raven hugged the human tightly and sat up in his seat with a new energy. He started to get out his things for the next lesson.
"So what are your plans for Christmas?"
"I'm going home. My family always goes to my Aunt Karen's for Christmas. What about you?"
"My dad's taking me to New York. My mom's been working on a collection. She said I can help her take some sample pictures."
"That'll be fun. You'll have to show me when we get back in January."
Jace nodded and clicked the end of his pen. "It's weird that half the year has already past."
"But after the break, we get to go to France." Raven bubbled up with excitement. "I can't wait to tell my parents about everything we've done so far."
"You scholarship kids are fun to watch. You get so excited about everything."
"Well, for some of us this isn't something we ever thought we get to do." Raven sure never thought he'd be sitting halfway across the world. He was surprised his dad ever let him leave the cave.
