"Scott? Are we out of diapers?" Mitch asked, going into Scott's room with Noah in his hands. The blond was on the floor doing push-ups with one hand behind him.

Scott huffed and got onto his knees then looked up. "We shouldn't be. Did you look in the nursery?"

"First place I looked," Mitch replied, walking over and helping Scott on his feet.

"We'll go to the store and get the kids out of the house for a bit." Scott sat on the bed and wiped his face with his sweat towel. Mitch walked over and kissed Scott on his forehead and Scott kissed Noah who was grabbing at Mitch's shirt.

"Take Noah. I'll get the triplets ready." Mitch said, giving Noah to Scott.

"Are you sure?"

"Yep! Avi let me borrow the baby carrier for a bit so I can get all of them."

"Don't you think they're a bit too old for that? They're a year and a half old, love."

"No, because they're going to be my babies forever." Mitch stuck his tongue out then hurried to the nursery. Scott shook his head then looked down at Noah. He stood up and went to the dresser where Mitch kept Noah's spare clothes and took out a spare onesie. He made sure Noah had a clean diaper on then put the onesie on him.

Scott went downstairs and fixed Noah a bottle and fed him. Noah finished his bottle in under five minutes and burped on his own then stared at Scott as he washed his bottle and put it up. His red eyes nearly matched Scott's perfectly and he yawned before letting his head roll to the side and against Scott's pec.

"What kind of cereal do you want?" Scott asked Mitch as they went down an aisle. Mitch pushed a cart with Bailey, Cody, and Quinn all sitting in the basket since they didn't fit in the child seat and Scott carried Noah in his car seat.

"The usual. I always forget what it's called." Scott nodded and walked ahead to grab the cereal Mitch liked then went back to the cart. He stood in front of it and dropped the cereal in, looking behind Mitch who was deciding between two different fruit bars. He saw the older woman, possibly an Omega staring at the two.

Scott looked back at Mitch and pulled the cart, earning Mitch's attention. "Come on, love. Just get both."

Mitch frowned but dropped the two boxes in the cart behind the kids and continued pushing the cart. "Something wrong?" Scott stood to the side of the cart and lowered his voice.

"The same woman keeps following us. I don't know what her deal is." Mitch hummed and turned around, seeing the woman Scott was talking about. He frowned and walked up to her. "Mitch."

Mitch held up a finger and looked down at the woman, surprised at how short she was. "I'm sorry but do you have a problem with me or something?"

The lady looked up at Mitch and her face softened up. "Baby. It really is you..." She whispered, reaching a hand up and tracing Mitch's jawline. Mitch flinched at the touch and took a step back.

"I don't know you..." Mitch said.

"Oh Mitchy, it's me. Your momma..."

"My mom died in North Britain when I was a toddler. Nice try." Mitch turned around and walked back to the cart, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion. He turned his head around to see the woman before facing ahead of him and pushing the cart, ignoring Scott's questions.

-

"Baby?" Mitch turned his head to see Scott come into his room with a plate of pasta. "Here you go, dinner."

Scott walked across the room to the window sill and placed down the plate of food by Mitch's feet. He gently held the back of Mitch's head and kissed him. "Are you okay? You haven't come out of your room since we got back home."

"I know, I'm sorry," Mitch said, disregarding Scott's first question. He pulled his legs closer to his chest and rested his chin on his knees. "I just want to be alone..."

Scott let out a soft sigh and nodded. "Alright then. I'll be downstairs." Scott walked out of the room and kept the door open just a crack.

Mitch picked up his dinner plate and carried it to his dresser where he left it and sat back on his sill. He stared out his window and continued to think to himself. It didn't make sense to know his mother died in Britain, then have her show up in California out of nowhere. After living in L.A for a majority of his life, he'd figure he would have seen this woman at least once. He let his head rest against the cold window and he whimpered lightly.

Scott watched from the crack in the door and he swallowed the lump in his throat before walking to the nursery. He calmed the babies down who were about to wake up and used his foot to push open the door to Midge's crate. Midge yawned and stepped out of the crate and looked up at Scott with wide eyes.

Midge sniffed the air before leaving the nursery and sniffing the carpeted hallway floor. He turned to Mitch's room and he barged in, running over to the window and jumping up on the sill. He sniffed Mitch's face and huffed before shoving his face between Mitch's folded legs and sitting between them. Mitch let Midge fall against him and he hugged the dog close, hiding his face in Midge's soft fur and letting himself break down.
