When Mitch woke up in the morning, he felt Scott behind him, his arms trapping him to his chest and one hand resting on Mitch's tummy. Mitch felt his heart warm and he snuggled back into the embrace as he reached for his phone and opened it. He saw a few texts from Nicole and more from Ryland from their messages the previous night. He replied to their messages and was quick to set his phone down and rush off the bed, his phone falling to the ground in the process. He rushed into the bathroom then dropped to his knees loud enough for Scott to hear from the bed.

Scott sat up and heard Mitch vomiting into the toilet. His eyebrows furrowed in worry and he went downstairs, having gotten used to sleeping with his prosthetic leg. He found one of Mitch's favorite green drinks and a water bottle. He took the two back upstairs, looking in the nursery briefly to see Midge sleeping in his crate placed in the nursery. He made sure the babies were still asleep then went back into the bathroom to see Mitch already up and brushing and rinsing his mouth.

"You alright, baby?" Scott asked, holding the drinks with one hand and grabbing Mitch's hip with the other. He leaned down, kissing Mitch's Mark gently. Mitch bent over, spitting out the toothpaste and rinsing his mouth then wiped it on a hand towel.

"I'm fine, sir. The babies still asleep?"

"Yeah, they're fine." Scott kissing the top of Mitch's head then handed him the water bottle. "Want me to put this back up?" He held up the green drink.

"Yes, please. I'll be downstairs in a minute." Mitch waited for Scott to leave and he took in a deep breath and ran his fingers through his short hair and down his mullet. He took a swig of the water and went over to the nursery, seeing Cody waking up and about to cry for attention. Mitch picked up Cody then made sure the baby monitor was on and working before going downstairs.

"Let me hold him," Scott said, coming from the kitchen and grabbing Cody. He saw the tired look in his eyes and he kissed Mitch's forehead. "If you want to sleep for a bit longer you can, love."

"No, I'm alright, thank you. What's for breakfast?"

"I was thinking once the other kids wake up, we could go out to eat?"

Mitch looked up. "Sounds good."

"Mitch? What is this doing in our junk mail?" Scott asked, walking around the couch to hand Mitch a letter he had gotten from his college. He had dropped out halfway through the last year and never went back to finish.

Mitch glanced over then huffed.

"I'm tired of getting those letters, I'm not in a position to finish college right now." Mitch stood up with his dirty lunch plate then went to the kitchen.

"Omega, I'm not saying you have to finish it now but I want you to consider it," Scott said, following Mitch. "You were so excited to start it and you accomplished so much in those three and a half years, I don't want you to just give up."

"I said I don't want it." Mitch snapped, grabbing the letter and throwing it into the garbage can then stomped out of the kitchen and upstairs, possibly to the nursery.

Scott watched him go and he shook his head, making a mental note that Mitch's pregnancy hormones were getting the best of him since he knew better than to snap at his Alpha. He grabbed the junk mail pile again and went through it once more before throwing it in the trash.

Over the next few weeks, Mitch had gotten more and more comfortable with the thought of snapping at his Alpha without getting in trouble. It was common phase Mitch went through especially when he's pregnant. The did pregnancy stop Scott from punishing his Omega so he wasn't able to put Mitch in his place at the moment. After what had happened at the hotel, he hadn't laid a finger on his Omega in a threatening way.

"Scott! I said not to boil the water yet!" Mitch yelled in agony, rushing to the stove and turning down the knob for the stove top.

Scott glared at his Omega then snapped himself, tossing the open spaghetti noodles pack on the counter. "I am seriously done with your shit, Mitch." He growled, grabbing Mitch's chin and pulling his head towards him.

"I've put with your crap for three weeks now and I'm fucking sick of it." Scott's eyes turned bright red. "You do not disrespect me like this do you understand?!"

"If you just do simple fucking things right I wouldn't have to yell at you, Scott!" Mitch said, slapping Scott's hand away from his face.

"I don't know what's going on with you but you better cut the shit, Mitchell. You are on thin fucking ice, Omega and I'm this close to punishing you."

"You wouldn't hurt a pregnant Omega, would you? You turned Savage the last time you did and you're around the babies at the moment. That's why you've let me disobey and yell at you for the past weeks."

Scott's eyes glowed. "At this point, the pregnancy doesn't matter. You've pushed the limits and I'm not afraid of bending you over the counter and punishing you with my hand right now."  Scott barked.

From the dining room, a loud crash was heard and then crying erupted. Mitch was the first to rush into the dining room to see Bailey had pushed over one of their bowls and it shattered all over the floor.

"You gave them the glass bowls, Scott?!" Mitch yelled, going back into the kitchen. "You should know not to give them those, that's why we bought the rubber ones! And why did you even feed them? We're about to cook dinner right now!"

Scott turned to the side when Mitch rushed past him to grab the broom that was between the counters and fridge. He felt his anger building up inside him and his growls rumbled in his chest. He wasn't even aware that Mitch had finished cleaning up the mess and threw away the shards of the bowl in the trash.

Mitch scoffed which earned Scott's attention. "Not even all the therapy in the world will stop you from wolfing out, huh? Once a Savage, always a Savage."
