"My babies! They're walking!" Scott said, dropping to his knees and holding his hands out as Cody and Bailey waddled over to Scott and fell in his lap, giggling happily. "Oh my gosh! You two have grown so much!"

Mitch smiled and held his hands out towards Kevin who was holding Quinn. "Quinn had a big growth spurt while you were gone. She looks like a 3-year-old." Mitch crouched down and held Quinn upright as she stomped her feet for attention from her father.

Scott sat on his rear end and Quinn waddled over and climbed onto Scott's thighs. "Oh, so now you want attention from me." Scott kissed Quinn's cheek and the baby practically climbed up Scott's chest to pull his hair.

"Isn't it great to have them back?" Avi said with a fake smile.

"Oh, it's fantastic- Ow!" Scott replied, pulling Quinn away from his head and setting her on the floor. Cody and Bailey fought for a spot on Scott's lap, Mitch giggling and taking Cody in his arms, Kevin took Bailey back and Matt took Quinn.

Avi helped Scott off the floor and handed him his crutches. "It's good to see you back and looking better," Avi said, patting Scott's back.

"It's good to be back. It's definitely hard getting throughout the day but, I somehow find a way to manage." Scott shrugged.

"I don't mean to be rude but why don't you look towards getting a one story? Make it easier on yourself?" Kevin suggested.

"Don't get me wrong, I've thought about it but, I spent so much money on this place. The kids love the space to crawl around. I still remember how Mitch reacted when I first bought it." Scott looked down at Mitch and smiled. "I don't think I'm ready to move out of it yet."

"Well, if you ever need any help, you know who to call," Kevin said, setting Bailey on the ground who started crawling towards the living room.

"Of course. Thanks again for watching them." Scott waved to Matt and Avi who set down the babies then stood in the elevator. Kevin hugged Mitch before leaving.

Scott turned and crutched towards the couch, collapsing on it and setting his crutches on the coffee table.

"Alpha, you know if we need to move into a smaller house, I don't mind," Mitch said, walking over and sitting next to Scott with Cody in his arms. Bailey and Quinn crawled through a ripped hole into their play pin.

"No, I'm, alright," Scott reassured. "I'm going to the doctor's soon, to see if I can maybe get filed for a prosthetic. Until then, I don't mind using the guest room."

Mitch nodded and laid on Scott's side, Cody sucking on his fingers as he crawled onto Scott's lap and pulled at his shirt. Scott smiled and picked up Cody, lifting him into the air and looking up at him with a wide smile. Cody squealed and kicked his feet happily, taking his hand out of his mouth and reaching down at Scott. When Scott lowered him, the baby ran his slobber-covered hand over Scott's scruffy chin, Scott groaning in disgust.

"Do these feel better?" Mitch asked, securing the straps on Scott's forearms and stepping back, allowing Scott to test out the smaller crutches.

"Yeah, they do." Scott smiled, hobbling around the room. "I can feel my armpits sighing in relief."

"Ew." Mitch giggled and placed his hand on Scott's bicep. Scott leaned down and kissed Mitch gently, leaning his head on Mitch's shoulder for comfort.

"Think I can try going up the stairs?" Scott asked, walking to the spiral staircase. "I want to see if I can get up, I want to see my babies in the nursery."

"Go ahead. If it's too much, come down right away." Mitch said, standing by the staircase, watching as Scott slowly made his way halfway up the stairs.

"It's a bit of strain, but I'm sure if I do it more times, it'll get easier," Scott said, carefully coming downstairs. Mitch hugged Scott's torso and enjoyed his body heat.

"Once it gets easier we can finally sleep in your comfy bed again," Mitch mumbled.

"Mitch, you know you can sleep upstairs. I don't mind being alone." Scott chuckled.

"I don't like you being alone down here. Plus it's scary upstairs alone."
