-Time Skip Several Months-
Scott looked around the dark room and pushed himself into a sitting position on the bed. He saw Mitch sleeping on his stomach on the opposite side of the bed, the blanket exposing his bare rump. Scott pulled the blanket up to Mitch's shoulders and rubbed his soft back before reaching for his phone.
He turned down the brightness and scooted to the headboard. He unlocked his phone and stared at the blank screen for a few minutes before ordering himself a cheap laptop. He clicked on same-day delivery then set his phone back on the bedside.
Mitch turned over on his side and fisted the sheets before relaxing. Scott checked the time and grinned to himself, already filling out a plan for the morning. He moved to the edge of the bed and reached for his curved prosthetic. He put it on the best he could then stood up, going over to the bathroom. He freshened up then dressed in shorts and a tank top. He went over to Mitch, moved his messy hair out of the way and kissed his forehead.
Scott went to the nursery and Midge crawled out of his cage and went over to him, wagging his tail. Scott grabbed Midge's prosthetic from his cage and put it on him then let him go downstairs to wander. The blond peeked in the babies beds and cribs to make sure they were all sleeping before leaving the nursery.
He went downstairs and opened the patio door, Midge going to his grass pad and Scott enjoying the cool breeze that let in the penthouse. He waited for Midge to finish his business then cleaned it up. The two left the apartment after Scott grabbed Midge's collar and leash. Midge ran alongside Scott as they went down the blond's regular running trail.
By the time Scott was done with his walk, they ended up at a park and Scott brought Midge to the water fountains. He twisted the spout and turned it on, Midge lapping at the water greedily. The blonde twisted the spout back in place, took his own sip and the two went back to running out of the park. Scott stopped by a donut shop and bought several breakfast items and a few pet-friendly treats before continuing the run home.
Once Scott and Midge got home, the sun was just barely pooling through the windows. He unclipped Midge's collar and the dog went to his bowl to drink more water before wandering around. Scott set the bagged goodies on the counter and went to his room. He grinned when the bathroom light illuminated the room and he walked over, knocking gently on the door before pushing it open.
Mitch turned with his toothbrush in his mouth and he smiled the best he could. Scott walked over and hugged Mitch from behind, kissing the back of his neck. Mitch leaned down and spit out the paste in his mouth.
"You stink," Mitch complained and rinsed his mouth, cleaned his hands then turned to Scott. He leaned up and Scott met him in a kiss. "Take a shower, but be quick, the babies are going to wake up soon."
Scott undressed, took his prosthetic off and started his shower. Mitch took Scott's dirty clothes, helped Scott hop into the shower then held the shower door open before Scott closed it. Scott turned around confused but noticed he was still holding his prosthetic. He handed it over then kissed Mitch on his cheek.
"There's donuts and bagels in the kitchen, baby. Can you make sure Midge has food and can you bring me my crutches?"
"Of course, Alpha." Mitch backed away and let the door close.

Mitch grinned when he saw Scott come downstairs with his crutches. He loved seeing his Alpha without his prosthetic, something about it made him grin and impossibly fall more in love with his fiance. The blonde stumbled a bit once he got off the steps and he went over to the kitchen, blushing when he saw Mitch staring at him.
"Hi, Alpha," Mitch said, pushing the bag of donut holes across the bar counter. Scott balanced himself and grabbed the bag to take a few donuts and eat them. Midge ran over then sat down, tilting his head to the side.
"Have you given him the treats yet?" Scott asked, hopping up onto one of the stools. He took the bag that contained Midge's treats inside of them. He then noticed it was covered in slobber.
"Uh... He got into it himself." Mitch said, pushing himself when he started to hear the baby monitor start to ring. "I'm going to get Noah."
Scott watched Mitch go upstairs and he got off the stool and went to the couch. He put his crutches on the coffee table and Midge jumped up on the couch and laid down.
He barely noticed the triplets playing in the playpen. He switched to his wolf form and hopped into the playpen, the babies squealing with happiness and tugging at Scott's fur.
Mitch came down with Noah in his hands, the baby gumming on a toy. He went to the playpen and rubbed Scott's head before going to the kitchen to make Noah a bottle. The baby threw his toy to the ground, grabbed a handful of Mitch's shirt and gnawed on it as Mitch warmed up the bottle. He then greedily sucked on the nipple and wandered his eyes around as his mom walked to the living room.
