She didn't even know how, but they somehow made their way towards Jeongguk's car which was parked right in front of the building.

Ellie barely remembers anything, the only thing she remembers clearly was Jeongguk's hand holding her while they were running from her home. She had no idea who was going after them, but she was scared. She couldn't imagine something happening to them, to Jeongguk.

They were now inside the car, she looked over at Jeongguk who was sitting right beside her. His expression was totally blank and cold, and it felt like staring at the wall. He showed no emotion. She didn't know how scared he was before, when he left her alone and suddenly heard a gunshot, he was terrified.

Ellie was just sitting on her seat, not wanting to press the man who could kill her with one punch. Yet, even as she does this and when the ride finally starts to seem safe, Jeongguk glances at the rear-view window and curses loudly.

"Hold on, Ellie," he says, Ellie still not knowing what was going on.

Jeongguk is automatically speeding up and trying hard to keep it under his control, holding the wheel firmly and looking at the mirror and on the road to keep them both safe.

"Someone's following us."

Ellie looks back too this time, and sees another black big car, just like the one from the mafia movies. Expect that this is real, and is happening right now, right in front of her.

Since the car is still quite far away from them, she can't really tell who or how many people are inside. She hopes this isn't who she thinks it is.

"Who are they?" she gasps, wincing when Jeongguk turns the wheel to the right to avoid a car in their line.

They are driving at a dangerous speed through the night street which is thankfully almost empty now.

"I have a few ideas for who it could be and I think you have too," hisses Jeongguk through gritted teeth. This was fun when he used to do it with the members but with a hysterical woman, not really.

She glances back at the car, almost passing out when the window rolls down and a person from inside pulls out a gun.

"Jeongguk!" she screams in panic, almost choking on the air.

"Those are water guns, don't worry."

"I am not that stupid!"

"Do you remember how I promised to teach you how to drive?"

"How does it matter now, Jeongguk?" she can't believe he wants to talk about this right now.

"We're doing it now," Jeongguk says, a daring smile on his face.

"No way," she answers right away, shaking her head and slapping his knee.

"Not happening, I am not planning to die today."

"We won't," he looks at her, eyes challenging.

Before she can even protest, Jeongguk pulls some weird gang trick and she was suddenly sitting on the driver's seat and him on the passenger seat.

She has no idea how he managed to switch their positions so fast, but she noticed the hand which touched her butt and squished a bit without it being necessary. But she didn't mention it because there was something more important she had to do.

She ended up grabbing the wheel and holding it firmly.
They were not gonna survive this.

"Jeongguk!" she screamed at the man beside her who was currently leaning against the open window.
"I have no idea where to go and how to drive this thing!"

"It's okay, I'll tell you where to turn."

"To the right," he says after a while, he then starts to shoot from his gun and she screams, wrenching the wheel to the right, clearly scratching the side of the car on a wall of a building.

"Jeeez, please don't destroy my car. Yoongi's not going to buy me a new one," he says in amusement, as if he wasn't so close to dying.

Meanwhile she was trying to find out how the car even works, Jeongguk was leaning from the window.

"You're doing great," he chuckles and starts shooting at the car behind them.

Although it's been almost 2 minutes since she's taken Jeongguk's place as the driver, she still was freaking out every time he told her to turn the car.

She turns to face Jeongguk whose body was half outside the window as he kept targeting the car behind.

"Oh my god, Jeongguk! Be careful!" she screams, and her eyes keep switching between the man and the road.

"Don't worry, they must be blind," she sees him laugh and mumble something under his breath.

"Yes, that's it! I just hit his fucking hand," he screams excitedly and she scolds him since he was really getting into it.

"Jeongguk!"

"Sorry, my lady," he makes her roll her eyes at him.

She tries to ignore him for the rest of the ride, hoping to not crash into something or someone and tries to not ruin the expensive car.

"I am gonna end them now. You okay?" he asks.

"Nope," she replies.

"Good."

Suddenly there's a sound of many shots coming from Jeongguk's gun and the car from behind crashed into a bus stop which was thankfully empty.

"We need to hurry up. They may not be alone," he retracts himself from the outside, casually sliding back into his seat and rolling his window up.

Ellie, with her hands still shaking and still glued to the wheel, she glances at the man beside her.

The excitement had drained from his face and instead he looked a bit worried now. He picks up his phone from the ground and quickly texts Yoongi to let him know about what just happened and what his next plan is going to be.

He then looks at Ellie, who was still clearly scared to be driving so he quickly switched their positions again, without the butt touching thing now and took control over the wheel.

"You did great, Ellie. We're going to be okay."
