It was true that Yoongi told his little sister not to wander around the whole warehouse, but still, she was way too bored to stay in her room after Jeongguk left god knows where. It's not like Yoongi was hiding something or didn't want Ellie to see something, it was just that 'gang members aren't safe to be around', like he often says whenever she wants to get to know the others more. She didn't really know anyone except her seven brothers, Uji and Jeongguk's friend Yugyeom. She also knew Mina, but we don't talk about her here.
On Ellie's defense, it wasn't forbidden, and her brother didn't seem to be anywhere around to see her so why shouldn't she explore the place a little, right?
She was just about to use an elevator but like the clever girl that she is, she remembered it may be dangerous, so she took the stairs to get downstairs to the basement instead.
Walking past the already familiar gym, she sees many other doors which don't seem as interesting as the ones at the very back of the corridor. Black iron door with a code machine on the frame, she wonders what may be behind these.
Placing her ear to the door to listen, she can hear muffled gunshots coming from the room behind the door. Seems like she just found a shooting range. She was way over curious to see what it looks like inside, but her natural sense was telling her not to risk anything and walk back upstairs instead.
But when did Ellie ever listen to anyone?
Her index finger pushes the metal button on the cold coding machine (yes, she was about to try a random code) until the door opens right in front of her face, revealing a muscular man just about Jeongguk's age.
"What are you doing? I swear if I catch another person forgetting the code..." he sighs and shakes his head but eventually takes a step to the side to leave the door open for Ellie and lets her in.
"Get inside and don't forget to grab gloves."
Ellie rushes inside past him, looking behind herself to see the man still studying her presence.
"What are you staring at?" she catches him back by sudden confrontation and he turns his back to her after giving her one last glare.
With a sigh, she looks around the room which is separated into many smaller corridors, each shooter being separated by a brick wall and she guesses that at least about 20 people can fit in at the same time.
The place is kinda packed, about five men and two women trying to hit their own target. She decides to hide at the very back corner and watch the shooters from there without getting noticed. Anyone would probably be able to tell she wasn't from there judging by the difference between their appearance.
Ellie was in her casual dark blue leggings while the gang members were all mostly wearing black clothes, boots and leather gloves to protect their hands.
Ellie focuses on one woman at the opposite corner. She seemed to be at her 40ties and judging by her body structure, she isn't one of the fit ones around the place.
The moment of slight carelessness was enough to get Ellie into trouble as she is grabbed by a pair of strong hands from behind.
"Who are you and how the hell did you get inside here?" she's pulled closer to the man and pushed to the wall with force.
Looking over her shoulder, Ellie sees the same guy from before. The same dark hair pushed to the side and tattoos all over his neck.
"You let me in, you idiot," she hisses in pain, trying to get out of the strong grip on her wrists.
"Jeongguk, get over here, we got an outsider," he screams towards the last shooting box and at the mention of the name, Ellie knows she is in deep shit.
