"We gotta go!" I shout in a whisper, grabbing my bag and Levi's hand.I didn't even look back to make sure everyone else followed. We ran out the side doors to the walk way and ran until we reached the doors in building B. It was exactly the same as our building, but everything was on the opposing side. Our dorms were on the left while Building B dorms were on the right.
"You guys can stop running now!" I slowed and turned to Ali. Luckily, everyone had kept up with me and Levi.
"That was fun" Jason laughed, which caused Ali to smack him and also Levi to chuckle. Like music to my ears.
He grabs me by the waist and brings his lips to mine for a minute or two.
"Where should we go?"
"Oh! Let's go to the gym" Violet says.
"The gym?" I question, my eyebrows coming together.
"Your right, maybe not. Or we could go to your room Ali" everyone's eyes land on her and she swallows.
"Okay but-" she starts
"Fine, no room then" Violet rolls her eyes. We stand there until we have no other choice but to head to the gym. Monica spat out the idea that maybe the doors weren't open but they insisted we try anyway.
We rounded the corner, everyone walking behind Levi who's walking behind me while holding my hand.
"The extra credit is basically-" I stopped when someone ran right into me. I didn't even see them or hear them coming as I looked behind me. I got pushed back just a little and luckily Levi was right behind me, as he stopped me from falling. His arms went around my waist.
"Oh my god, I'm sorry" they say and I fix my clothes and stand up straight.
I look at them, "Lucas, you've got to be kidding me?" Violet says, folding her arms.
"What?" He looks at her and I just realized he has a basketball in his hand and his bag slung over his shoulder.
"Why are you running?" She asks her brother and he stands up straight switching the basketball to the other hand.
He steps toward me, "I'm really sorry Katerina, I didn't-"
He stops and of course he looks up right into Levi's glare. I feel his arms slide from around me and I do my best to keep them in the same spot so he doesn't jump on Lucas and kill him. Lucas was tall but not as tall as Levi was.
"Its okay" I force a smile and he returns one back but then it disappears when he looks at Levi again. He starts walking past me and right to Monica.
"Hey" he says and she gives him a hug then he stands back.
"Where are you going?" Violet asks.
"To get my water bottle filled, the guys are playing basketball in the gym" he holds up his ball like we didn't already notice it.
"So the gyms open?" Monica speaks up
"Of course" he smiles and turns on his heels.
"Alright well, let's go" Jason puts his arm around Ali's shoulders and start to walk toward the gym.
When we got there, it was nice and cool inside. The hard wood floors were so shiny, I was afraid I'd slip but of course I didn't. The walls were covered in royal blue and yellow colors and at high points toward the ceilings there were banners and more banners of the college greatest achievements in the past. My eyes are probably as wide as they can go because I've never been in here since I started school, crazy I know.
