You make your way to the bathroom and grip the edge of the counter. You stare at your reflection.
I can't believe I'm this ugly. Why would Yunho like someone like me? Why would he chose someone like me when there are prettier people out here in the world? Smarter people? Skinner people?
You sigh and pull out your razor, slicing away at your skin. It's painful, but it takes away your mental pain. The physical pain allows you to forget about your worries and mental state.
You don't hear the door open, and all of a sudden you hear Yunho call out for you.
"[Y/N]? Where are you sweetheart?"
You quickly try to rush to clean everything up, but Yunho finds you first.
"[Y/N]?" is all he can say.
He stares and feels saddened.
"I...let me help you clean up."
He takes your arm and washes the blood alway with a cloth. He's gentle about it all.
He kisses your wrist and then looks at you.
"Baby...I didn't know you felt so sad. You're always so happy. I wish you didn't hide your sadness all the time. Please know for future references that you can always talk yo me, okay cutie?"
Yunho gives you a smile, and you simply nod.
He takes your hand and leads you to the bed.
"Now, tell me what's on your mind."
"I..." you hestiate.
Yunho gives you an encourage smile and nod. He takes your hands in his and rubs hus thumbs over your hands to comfort you.
"I don't think I'm good enough for you," you confess. "I'm so insecure. I don't know why I deserve you."
"I fell in love with your positive energy, your smile, and how compassionate you are. I think you're the perfect fit for me. Don't ever doubt yourself. I'll keep reminding you every day about how much I love you, okay?"
You love Yunho's infectious energy and beautiful smile.
And with that, Yunho kept his promise. Everyday he would leave notes around the house and send you texts saying how much he loves you.
He would wake you up with compliments and send you off to sleep with reasons why he loves you.
He helped you get help, and you appreciate how supportive Yunho is.
