(Potential tw: disturbing imagery, suffocation, general creepiness.....I guess death? I kinda try and leave it open to interpretation? It's not anything major but I tried (and failed) to write horror for a change so this is what we ended up with. Let me know if you'd like me to do more horror-like stuff in future!!!)

"This place is incredible," Taehyung commented, looking around the garden with wide eyes. And it did look like the Garden of Eden, with various different types of flowers tastefully positioned within a perfectly maintained estate, a rose coloured stone brick path winding prettily through the most impressive areas, bordered by a few centimetres of neatly cut grass on either side. Medium height trees swayed slightly in the evening breeze, at the very edge of the garden, just behind variously tall shrubs and flowers and grasses.

Down in the corner of the garden, there was a shimmering pond, filled with water so clear that it could be glass, decorative lily pads dotted over the surface, translucent fish slowly wiggling their way from one side of their home to the other. It was encircled by a border made of small bricks of pale golden sandstone, which gleamed in the dusky light of the sunset like morning stars. Beyond this, there was an array of various water-loving plants and flowers, adding colour to a usually dull part of a garden with ease.

The path forked a few metres from this, so that it could be used to walk to the centre of the back of this seemingly perfect space. Here, it expanded into a perfect square bordered with silvery grey stone, to allow for a table and three chairs - the table top was made of glass, and this stood on a single centred table leg made of dark driftwood. The chairs were also driftwood, a pale cream cushion on each of them to ease comfort, the legs tipped with a golden metal as they met the stone below them.

The fence was made of ash wood, painted a deep reddish chestnut which was fading a little in places. It wasn't too high, but it felt secure without feeling like it was trapping them, which seemed like a good combination.

The whole place was lit up with a slight gold glow from the slowly setting sun, and so it all looked like something out of a music video or from a particularly well-filmed movie. Something along those lines.

To put it as simply as possible, it was a beautiful garden. In case that's not obvious.

"The flowers truly are breathtaking, aren't they?" Jungkook responded, placing a hand on his lover's back. Taehyung jumped a little at this, not having realised that the other had got so close, and then he nodded, smiling slightly as he leaned down to run a finger over the bell of a violet tulip nearby. It was small, perfectly formed, and there was something about it which made it seem like it was shining.

"I don't think I've seen any which are so alive," the older male returned, staring down at the flower in question, which almost seemed to wilt as he spoke.

Jungkook glanced over, the hint of a smirk in his eyes. "Don't be deceived, my love," he says simply, something sounding off about his voice as he snapped the stem of the tulip and showing his lover the black goo dripping from the broken edge.

"It's beautiful on the outside, but hell on the inside. Like everything here."

Taehyung's eyes widened, and he stepped away from the other. "What about you?" he questioned, for once not really knowing anymore what his lover was. Who he was. Whether he was really the person Tae thought he was. "Are you the same?"

Jungkook smiled a little at that, moving closer, so close that his lover could practically feel the words on the back of his neck. "For your sake, you should hope not, Taehyung, my dear."

Taehyung bit his lip, looking around at the stunning garden surrounding him again, before backing away, turning towards the door which had let him into this deceptively beautiful place, but his heart practically stopped when he realised that it was gone.
