(a/n: I know this is late, short, and rushed, and there will be a part two. But I've had no time to properly write this and I still wanna give you guys something. It's been so busy today, blame my birth for choosing today I'm afraid. Have a wonderful day, and expect some extra updates if I can get them done tomorrow and on Wednesday. Thank you for being so patient, wonders, I love you )

Kim Taehyung has always had a vivid imagination. It's psychic sometimes, the way he can predict things before they even happen. The way that his dreams, often lucid and filled with complex details, seem to come true, one way or another.

His mother puts it down to luck, fortune perhaps. But his friends swear by it, choosing not to do certain things when he tells them that it could end up in humiliation or even potentially death. If he dreams of a crash, for example, they drive extra carefully the next day, or don't go out at all if they can avoid it. Because Tae has never been wrong, especially with the most vivid of dreams.

And this is a particularly detailed dream. But it's about something relating to him, which has never happened before. He finds himself watching over the events of a dream most of the time. But this is a first person perspective experience. So it's different.

He just doesn't know what it's about yet.

His dog, a black and tan coloured Pomeranian known as Yeontan, pulls on the lead, tugging eagerly at the sight of another dog, one that Tae's never seen before. Not even in real life. Which means this is either real life or a vision. (It's a vision, he later finds out when he wakes up).

It's a fluffy white dog, smaller than Yeontan, probably consisting of pure adorableness. And so Tae decides to let the Pomeranian meet the stranger, for what harm can it do? Dogs will be dogs, and they are always looking to be able to greet each other. It's a part of their nature, a part of what they are as creatures. So it doesn't worry him.

And then he sees the owner, and his heart literally stops for a second. For this guy is beautiful.

Skin a pale golden shade, from what he sees of the stranger's slender wrists, perfectly shaped hands, strong-looking thighs, a solid figure, cherry red hair, and mesmerising dark, doe-shaped eyes that Tae could fall into if he stared at them for too long. There's something appealing about his easy smile, the distracted look on his face as he watches the two pups interact. He's got a good heart. Somehow, Taehyung, master of bad impressions, can tell that in moments.

"Aw, your dog is adorable! How old?" the stranger asks, and dream Taehyung nearly falls over on his feet at the melodic quality of that voice, at the way it imitates water falling smoothly over rocks. It's got the same singing, lilting sense to it as a small waterfall. It's beautiful.

"He's nearly three years old now, I think," Taehyung reveals calmly. "How old is yours?"
"Miri's nearly two," the stranger responds, smiling fondly at his dog. "She's been my little baby for about a year now."
"Dogs are always babies. It doesn't matter how old they get, you just want them to be a puppy forever."

The stranger looks up at him. "Most definitely. I know that feeling. It's just one of those things, perhaps."
"Yeah," Taehyung agrees, nodding awkwardly and trying desperately not to stare too much at this beautiful man.

And then he wakes up to the sound of Yeontan yapping angrily at him, demanding food, and he sighs. This dream felt so real, so vivid, that part of him hopes that it happens in real life. If he's particularly fortunate, this is another vision. That'd be nice, but why would he be that lucky?

Most of the time, his dreams are warnings of things that he doesn't want to happen. His friends getting hurt by some sort of crash or accident, his family finding something they're not supposed to. Something happening in the wider world that he can't have any influence over.
