“Then after the phone call, I felt reassured. I was so sure that what they had was pure friendship. After that, Jungkook took me to his family dinner. Everything went well, till . . .” Lisa narrated to her unnies.

“Till?” Jisoo said, awaiting for her to continue.

The girls were surely intrigued when Lisa announced that she and Jungkook cooled off again . . . Now, they're eating cereal whilst attentively listening to her.

Lisa sighed, “His cousins started to mention how cool Areum was and all, and his parents started to agree, though his parents also praised me, and mentioned that they'd love me to be a REAL Jeon pretty soon, I just couldn't get it out of my head that they were still in favour of Areum, even as a friend. And in my head, I was like 'Hey, I'm cool too! I'm badass on stage!'”

“And you felt jealous over it?” Chaeyoung asked.

    Lisa pouted, nodding.

“And you two started to fight?” Jennie asked as well.

Lisa nodded once again.

The girls sighed at her. “I'm telling you, your relationship isn't really healthy at this point,” Jisoo told the royal maknae.

“Yah, unnie, it's just a phase. They can overcome it,” Jennie defended Lisa, as if she found Lisa's situation utterly relatable.

Chaeyoung fell silent, focusing on her cereal instead. Jisoo arched an eyebrow, finding Jennie's reaction rather odd.

“Well, you seem like you can relate.” Jisoo start to grow suspicious. Jennie's eyes widened, quickly shaking her head. “Anyway, when are you two going to meet up? You seem like you're okay now.”

Lisa smiled at Jisoo, “Yes. I am. I really miss him, already. We're going to meet up tomorrow afternoon to celebrate New Year's Eve with Bambam, Baby, Bank, Junghyun oppa, Mina and Sydney.”

“Bambam and Sydney?” Chaeyoung seemed surprised to hear those two names in one sentence yet again. “How refreshing to hear.”

“Yeah, I talked to Junghyun oppa, and we plan to make the two reconcile and have closure once and for all.”

Amidst their discussion, Jennie's phone started to ring abruptly. It was Hana, their manager. Jennie signalled the girls to pipe down as she puts the call on loud speaker.

Even if it was suppose to be a private conversation between the two, Jennie still wanted the girls to hear it — whatever it is.

    “Yes, manager unnie?” Jennie chimed.
