Beca Mitchell was the high school nerd with typical reading glasses and braces. Chloe Beale was the high school cheerleader that was beautiful and had all of the jocks drooling over her. However, what made it even better was that the two girls were dating, which nobody in Barden High could understand. They were total opposites of each other but they were so attracted to each other it was unreal. Chloe had spent her early high school life being chased by people she didn't want such as the jocks. They only saw Chloe for her looks but nothing else. Chloe often got quite upset about it, feeling like the rest of her life would be the same but that all changed when Beca came along.

Beca was the nerd of the school and people often picked on her because she was but not Chloe. Years ago in Biology, Beca and Chloe were paired as lab partners where they got to know each other. Chloe was actually a very intelligent girl, which took Beca by surprise since she thought Chloe was the typical dumb cheerleader. Beca always harboured a little crush on Chloe since she was so beautiful but knowing that Chloe was smart was a bonus and it made Beca like her more. During class, Beca and Chloe talked less about their assignment and more about each other. Chloe wanted to be a vet and Beca wanted to make music. Both girls admired the other's passion and when their lab assignment was complete, Beca and Chloe still talked from time to time and eventually, made time for each other after school.

The night they decided to start dating was adorable. Beca had taken Chloe out for ice cream and went to the beach. They did the cliché sit on the sand as they watched the stars reflect off the ocean and talked about all sorts of things where Chloe ended up snuggling into Beca when she got a bit cold and that's when it happened. The two girls looked at each other for a few moments before their lips met. It was Beca's first kiss and it was amazing. Chloe had kissed people before but not like that. Kissing Beca was the best kiss of her life and she wanted to do it over and over again. When they finished, they giggled like kids then Beca awkwardly asked her out. Chloe couldn't have accepted quick enough and the rest was history.

Ever since then, the two girls had been inseparable. They always made time for each other, they did things for each other even if it was something they didn't particularly like. Chloe went to all of Beca's quizzes and music performances and Beca went to all of Chloe's cheerleading performances. They were both each other's rock and they were so happy together. They had been dating for nearly four years and they were still besotted by one another. A lot of couples throughout the school were quite envious about just how well Beca and Chloe got along.

"Excuse me. Coming through. Sorry. Almost there. Thank you." After awkwardly pushing her way through people, Beca eventually found her seat on the bleachers.

Chloe was performing a new routine with her squad today and Beca made sure she was there just like the other times. Chloe looked out onto the crowd and spotted her girlfriend, which instantly made her smile. Seeing Beca watching her always made Chloe feel good and it always made her perform better. Beca gave Chloe a little wave and a smile. Chloe blushed and blew Beca a kiss before it was time to perform.

The redhead got into position and waited for the music to begin. She could feel Beca's eyes on her and she couldn't wait to show her girlfriend her new routine. The music started and off Chloe went with her squad. Beca quickly became mesmerised by her girlfriend's movements. Beca loved watching Chloe dance; she was a natural. Beca could have watched her for hours. It was moments like these where Beca was so thankful that her girlfriend was a cheerleader. Beca was even luckier when Chloe gave Beca special performances in her bedroom, sometimes without clothes. Those were Beca's favourite types of performance.

Chloe and her squad finished their performance, causing the crowd to applaud and cheer for them. Beca stood as always because she couldn't help herself and she thought that every performance Chloe did was amazing. Chloe giggled and blushed at Beca's enthusiasm and as soon as she got the green light, Chloe ran off the court, threw her pom-poms down, and raced to Beca who was already on her way to see Chloe.
