I snapped this beautiful picture of him this morning. God, I love him so much it hurts sometimes. How could the apocalypse be the worst and best thing to ever happen to me? I met and fell in love with Phillip, but I lost so many people. Merle and Daryl are out of my life now, yet I can't decide if I'd rather have them or Phillip if the choice needed to be made.

He got me back for it, then, with this. No, we aren't married yet. I just used his last name because it fit better in the space. And no, I'm not pissed off in the picture. Phillip told me a stupid ass joke and that was my facial response, and he took the picture right as he said it. You wanna know what the joke was?
"Why do melons have weddings? Because they cantaloupe."
I almost screamed but after making that face I actually laughed. He was more out of breath laughing at my face in the picture than he was at the joke.
We decided we both need a break, so we're going to have a little date tonight. I told him today, too, about how much I've been worrying about what to do with the child, and now that I decided, we're both happy again, so we need to cherish it.

I could see from my room as Clark threw himself down on the living room couch. I had a clear shot of the living room that was combined with the kitchen and dining room from sitting on my bed. It was a small room, given that the apartment was one of many in this building. Still, we were grateful for having a place to stay in the midst of being hunted.
We were shown to our home shortly after the group left the Kingdom. There was a lot of housing here, and admittedly, I was probably going to get lost trying to find my way in and out. I was confused at first, but I realized that this place was a school before everything went down. That explained the auditorium or theater that we met King Ezekiel in. They had built up the gardens and training sites after taking this place over, I assumed.
