"You want to pull together our money and buy the hospital?" I asked stunned. We were all currently gathered at Meredith and my dad's.

"Yes we are doctors we known how a hospital runs" Callie commented.

"Wrong we don't know the first thing on how a hospital runs. We know how to do surgeries" Robbins countered.

"I can't just pull all my money without telling Jackson, my fiancé"

"We can't tell no one" Callie said pointing a finger at me.

"We don't even know how much it costs to buy a hospital" my dad said.

My cell phone began to buzz. I took a quick glance before grabbing my bag.

"Jackson is here. I'll think about this when you get the figures and tell me it's possible" I said. I ran from the house to the car trying to avoid getting soaked.

"What's going on in there?" Jackson asked. The windows showed Callie arguing with Robbins and my dad.

"Callie went to see a Pegasus hospital. It's a nightmare Jackson. I'm worried" I said as he drove off the property and back into the city.

"We aren't going to make any decisions until we have to" he said. I shook my head okay.

Over the next few days Seattle Grace slowly adapted the Pegasus way hoping to impress the buyers. My dad was the poster boy of the hospital plastered all over the walls, elevator doors and patient rooms.

While the hospital was being revamped for the worse my dad's financial advisor was working with us to help buy the hospital. A secret I didn't like keeping from Jackson.

While I was far from enjoying this new change, Jackson on the other hand seemed to be enjoying it.

He and Alex were also being followed around by hired PR.

"Hey there you are" Jackson said giving me a kiss on my cheek.

"Oh do that again. Actually can you two stand up and pose for us" the photographer said.

"Jackson" I softly whined.

"Just do it" he said. We stood up and had multiple pictures taken of us. It was like maternity pics meets professional work photos.

"I have surgery in an hour, are you going to watch?" I asked as the cameraman took a step back to review the photos.

"I'll try to make it. They have a fake O.R. photo shoot step up in about an half an hour" he beamed.

"You love this don't you?" I asked

"Love is a strong word. You can say like it very much" Jackson teased. Jackson left and I headed to the patient's room one more time to make sure they were ready for surgery. I was performing a tumor resection on Mr. Johnson.

I passed by the O.R board I noticed my name had been swiped off along with O.R five and six.

"Hunt I have a tumor resection in like 45 minutes in O.R four" I stated as I looked at my cell phone time.

"We had to cancel it. We are extremely understaffed and don't have enough nurses for six O.Rs to be running at the same time...efficiently" he explained. He looked stressed.

I threw my arms up in anger and walked away. This was suppose to be my final surgery until after the baby.

"Ah Dr. Shepherd I was looking for you" Dr.Cahill said. Seeing her face and hearing her voice just honestly made me want to turn around and walk away but I didn't.

"Can you follow me?" She asked. I followed her to the conference room filled with plenty of mean looking people in suits. I sat down as Hunt walked in.

"I'll cut to the chase. In order for Pegasus to buy the hospital they only want one neurosurgeon. Your dad is the ideal candidate. We are going to have to let you go effective immediately" the curl hair lady said.

"That was not the deal" Hunt snapped.

"Dr. Hunt it's the only way" Cahill said. I stood up and stormed out of the room.

I headed to the gallery of the O.R Meredith and Cristina were operating in. I pressed the intercom buzzer that allowed me to communicate between the gallery and O.R.

"I was fired.... I'm all in" I said into the intercom. I walked out of that O.R to the next one with Robbins and Karev.

"Robbins I was fired. I'm all in" I repeated into the other intercom. She looked at me from the O.R floor and shook her head. I just needed to find Callie and my dad to tell them and then let Jackson know.

As I wandered the halls I saw Ross drawing on all her posters.

"Oh ah Dr.Shepherd. I'm sorry I-"

"Nice work Ross. Where's my dad?" I asked. I headed to the break room to find Callie and my dad talking.

"Oh Bella good-" Callie began.

"I was fired. Pegasus didn't want me. They have to be doing the deal soon. I'm all in" I said.

"Good. We just need $175 million more" my dad said. I looked at him like he was nuts.

"We have a meeting with an investor tomorrow. Everyone needs to gather at your house and look nice" he said.

"But Derek if the Pegasus deal goes through today we're screwed" Callie commented.

"Get Robbins, Cristina and Meredith" my dad said slightly snappy. Callie and I looked at each other before heading to the O.R.

Meredith and Cristina were scrubbing out just about done when I entered.

"My dad wants us now" I said. They exchanged a look before following me to conference room.

Robbins and Callie joined us as well.

"We are quitting" my dad said. Cristina looked hesitant.

"Yang don't back out on us now" Callie sternly said. The five of them walked in while I waited in the hall.

"Is this important?" Cahill asked.

"I quit" my dad said. Followed by Callie, Meredith and Robbins. Cristina still frozen in the doorway.

"Cristina we need you" I whispered. She stepped forward and quit as well. Hunt didn't look to pleased at all.

Everyone went to grab their things while I went to find Jackson. I passed by the gallery for O.R six to find him cutting into what looked like chicken cutlets.

"Jackson. I was fired from the hospital. Meredith, Robbins, Cristina, Callie and my dad just quit. Don't. Okay? Everything will be fine" I said into the intercom. He looked up and was about to exit the O.R when the PR representatives stopped him.

We headed home to prepare for a meeting with the biggest investor in Seattle with the my dad's financial advisor to get a loan.
