Chapter 50.

ETHANS POV:

When we arrive at the beach, everyone slips of their shoes in a matter of seconds and races to the soft sand. We find a nice spot with a rock and lay all of our stuff down by it. Everyone but Paisley takes off their dry clothes and sprints down to the water.

"Cmon, what's wrong?" I ask. Something's not right, and I need to find out what.

"I'm fine, nothing's wrong." she says, putting on a smile that no one but me would ever be able to see through. She takes off her shirt and shorts, ignoring my sharp gaze. She's fully aware I'm watching her, waiting for the real answer. Waiting for her to crack, but she doesn't. She is stronger now, her wall has been raised that tiniest little bit.

"Come here." I sigh, wrapping her up in my arms. Her skin is warm and smooth, it feels like I'm hugging heaven.

"I love you." she whispers, bringing her lips up to mine.

I will never get over how well our lips fit together, or how perfect I feel whenever I'm with her. I will never work out how a love so perfect could ever happen to me. Then I realise, our love is wrong, and that's why it works. Paisley is wrong for me, because I don't deserve her. I am wrong for her because she deserves so much more. But that's how it works, love is supposed to be wrong, that's how its so right.

"You have no idea how fast my heart is beating right now." I breathe, pulling away slightly and letting our foreheads rest against each other's. I take her hand and press it against my chest so she can feel my heartbeat.

"I don't think that's healthy." she laughs softly, bringing her arms up around my neck.

"See, this is what you do to me." I tell her, rocking her side ways a bit.

"What? Give you a heart attack?" She laughs a bit, running a hand through my hair.

"No, Paisley. I love you so much." I smile, kissing the tip of her nose.

"Good, because I love you that much too." she replies, kissing my lips again.

"Are you two going to get down here now or what!?" Grace yells from the water.

"Okay, let's go." Paisley giggles, sniffling a bit. I didn't realise she was crying. We run down to the water and splash our way to the others. The water is freezing cold but it's really refreshing. Paisley heads over to Grace but Chris is calling me over to him.

"Did you really have sex with her?" He asks so no one else can hear.

"Yeah, why?" I ask.

"Um.. Did it just happen, or?" He asks.

"It was just the moment, I guess," I shrug, realising what's going on. "Wait.. You want to do it with Grace, don't you?"

"We've been talking about it." He mutters, blushing a deep red.

"I'm sure you know when the right moment comes."

"We really thought you would be the last of us, Etho." Jai announces, walking over to us.

"Man whore!" I hear Paisley joke as she turns around and begins to walk towards the boys.

"Slut!" I shoot back.

"Well, excuse me, your cockiness, but you seemed to be enjoying my sluttyness an hour ago." he says, raising an eyebrow as a crazy smirk lights up her face.

"Well, I- um-" I stutter, trying to think of a good comeback.

"Ooh, beaten by a girl!" the boys tease.
