Chapter 67.

PAISLEYS POV:

"I was adopting you." Holly announces with a giant smile on her face.

"Wait what!?" Ethan asks, getting all excited.

"Yes! This doesn't mean you're now related, it just means that I am 100% your legal guardian and we are a family..but we're not related. If that makes sense." Holly explains, laughing a bit.

"Oh my god, this is amazing." I say, hugging Ethan. We half break away, holding out our arms for Holly to join. She walks forward and joins our first family group hug.

"I love you guys." Holly laughs, squeezing tightly.

"We love you too." Ethan replies on my behalf.

"Ahh, alright. Let's eat." Holly says, clapping her hands together.

She serves each one of us a few slices of meat with a whole heap of vegetables. We carry our plates back over to the table where she pours us a glass of sparkling apple juice. I'm just grateful for some real food. We've basically been eating pizza and easy food for the past few weeks. I don't think we will ever mention that we broke up for a week while she was gone. I think we've completely forgotten about that. Well, I haven't. The food was amazing. Ethan and I volunteer to do the dishes and let Holly get some rest. It was getting late and I was starting to feel tired myself. We quickly do the washing up and put everything back in their correct cupboard. I realise that I need to tell Holly, and fast. Ethan knows this too, and he randomly hugs me and wishes me good luck.

"Ethan, make me cry." I say, catching him off guard.

"Wait what..?" He asks.

"Make me cry. I need to be sad." I explain, he seems to understand.

"I don't want to make you cry."

"Please?" I plead. I'm desperate now.

"Um.." He trails off.

"Paisley, I'm not paying for my half of the abortion. Do it yourself, I don't need you anymore." he says, I can tell he feels so bad. This actually made me cry real tears as I walked away. I'm not paying for my half.. I wipe my tears before walking into Holly's room. She's laying on her bed reading a book.

"Hey, what's up?" She says without looking up. When she finally does look up, I try my best to look really sad.

"Hey.. Come here. What's wrong?" She asks, opening up her arms. I run forward and cry into her. I think I'm doing an Oscar winning performance here.

"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry." I keep whispering through my crying.

"Woah, woah, woah. Paisley, what happened? What did you do?" She asks, pulling away a bit.

"Ethan- we- I'm- I'm sorry." I stutter, leaning into her again.

"Wait did you and Ethan.." She says trailing off when she realises.

"Holly, I'm pregnant." I whisper, crying real tears now.

For some reason, she doesn't seem mad. She just seems a little disappointed and a little sad for me. I swear I see something like a flashback flicker in her eyes.. Maybe this happened to her as well, and that's why she's so understanding.

"Paisley, have you guys been to a doctor?" She asks. I nod.

"We have an abortion booked for Tuesday."

"Wait what!? You booked an abortion!?" She says, suddenly a little less understanding.

"We've thought it all through with the doctor and everything. We are sure." I tell her.

"But Ethan's not even going to be here. And how are you going to pay for it? Because let me tell you this; I'm not paying for it." she tells me sternly.

"Ethan wants Jai to be here because he can't, and we already have that planned. It's all okay." I tell her.

"Paisley, can you please go now?" Holly asks, looking down at her fingers. The more I look, the more I think that she's had past with this. I slowly leave the room, shutting the door behind me. I walk slowly up to my room where Ethan is waiting. He smiles this cute, lopsided smile as he holds out my teddy bear. I run over and hug the both of them tightly.

"How did it go?" He asks, not letting go.

"She knows, she wasn't angry, but then she was a little when I told her about the abortion. Then she went on about how she wasn't paying for it. Then she told me to leave the room." I explain, hoping he can fill the gaps.

"Sort of sounds like this has happened to her." he observes.

"That's what I thought. I don't know, I just want to go to bed." I yawn.

"And I'm staying in here. No matter what she says." he announces, pointing at the ground. I make Ethan leave the room while I get changed. When I let him back in, he's also changed. We climb back into bed in the same position we were in last night.

"We only have one more day until I leave." Ethan says, suddenly realising.

"I know." is all I can manage out. I really don't want him to go, but he needs to.

"Two months." he sighs. That's going to feel like forever.

"But I'll see you in two weeks in Drysdale." I say, suddenly remembering.

"Yeah, but then there's over a month."

"It's going to suck, but please enjoy yourself. I'll call and Skype whenever you want, okay? The time differences aren't that bad." I tell him.

"You better," he teases, squeezing me tighter. "I'll come for you."

"Oh I will." I laugh.

He buries his nose in my neck, just like he did yesterday. That's how we fall asleep again.

A/N: I'm sorry if my chapters are crappy from now on for a little while. I have written these last three chapters on Sunday. I am now in NSW YAYYY! And now Lego house is playing... I honestly don't know how often I can update for a while, it could be perfectly fine, but the wifi might be the issue. Anyways, in the hope that I make it to Sydney, ((massive plane fear. Another one went missing today..)) I will try to update as much as possible while I'm there.
