I woke up eight hours later to the sound of Ric showering. I wrapped myself in one of his flannels and walked into the bathroom. "Good morning handsome." I giggled when he peaked around the curtain. "Morning gorgeous." He opened up the curtain as I removed his shirt before stepping into the shower. He helped me in.
I began washing my body like normal. Since I was pretty big at six months pregnant, I couldn't reach every part of my body so Ric helped me. "Thanks." I blushed, he stroked my cheek. "It's no problem." He gently kissed me, I instinctively kissed back. The kiss went on for a few more seconds before we went back to showering.
I loved the feeling of him being so close to me. It made me feel so safe and protected. "I love you Ric." I looked up at him as he smiled down at me. "I love you more Vi."
