Part Eighty-Two 여든이

Namjoon, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, Taehyung, Jungkook, Kaylee and I stand in the lobby of their hotel. They stayed here while they were in L.A. for the tour, but today they leave L.A. and continue their tour in Oakland.

Last night, Taehyung and I came back to this hotel to tell everyone about the great news. Everyone was very happy to hear I will join their team again and to hear Taehyung and I can continue our relationship. After Taehyung and I shared the news with everyone, we had a mini party in their hotel rooms to celebrate it.

The only bad thing about the news is that I have to wait a whole month until I can actually join them on tour. I am still stuck at my current job and I won't be able to leave after my notice period of one month. But at least we will be able to stay in touch, call and text every single day. We will get through this!

"Okay guys, time to go to the airport," Namjoon says. I say goodbye to everyone and hug them all tight. "I will see you soon!" I tell them. "I will count the days," Kaylee tells me with a smile. "So will I!" I assure her. When everyone grabs their bags, I look at Taehyung. He is really quiet today. I bet he has trouble accepting the fact that we will be separated for a month.

"Why don't we go outside and give you two some space?" Jin suggests, looking at Taehyung and me. Taehyung and I nod and I wave to the rest of them leaving. "See you soon!" I tell them. Everyone waves back and goes outside, leaving my sight.

I turn to Taehyung and smile a little. "We will get through this," I tell him. Taehyung smiles a little and wraps his arms around me to hug me tight. "I thought we were done with the distance thing," He sighs. I smile and hold him tight. "Me too," I tell him, "But this will be the last month! After this, we will be together again."

I feel how he kisses my head. "I can't wait," he says. "Me neither," I smile. We hold each other a little longer, but then it is time for Taehyung to go to the airport. I actually have to get to work as well, but I already told everyone I would be late today.

Taehyung and I let go of each other. He moves his hands to my face and cups my cheeks. "I will see you soon," he says. I smile and nod, "I will see you soon. We survived six months without each other. We will survive one month with daily calls and texts!" Taehyung smiles and kisses my lips. I move my hands to his back and hold him close to me, as long as I can.

Saying goodbye to him again is hard. Especially after we've spend so much time together over these last few days. But the more I am with him, the harder it is to say goodbye and let him go. He is like a drug to me. The more I take, the more I want.

But I know we can get through this. Yes, I will miss him a lot and it will be hard, but everything will be fine in the end. After this month, we can start our future together! We can spend every day together until we will be sick of being together that much.

Taehyung and I let go and look at each other. I take one more moment to look in his extraordinary and beautiful eyes. I move my hand to his head and caress his soft, curly hair. "I love you so much," Taehyung says as he looks into my eyes. I feel my cheeks blush, just like they always do at his sweet and caring words. "I love you too, TaeTae," I tell him, "We will meet soon!"

We hug each other one more time and say goodbye. Taehyung grabs his bags and I follow him outside. "Call me when you get there, okay?" I ask him. Taehyung smiles at me and kisses my head. "I will," he says. He puts his hand on my cheek and kisses my lips one more time.

Then he goes to the buses. There are three buses to drive them all to the airport. Taehyung goes to one of the buses. But before he gets in, he turns around to me one more time. "Good luck at work," he tells me. I smile wide, "Thank you. Have a lot of fun at the concerts!" Taehyung smiles and waves at me, "Thank you!" I wave back at him as he enters the bus.
