A few days later, I arrive at work early. Since the day I got to interview BTS, I love my job. I have no problem getting out of bed in the morning, because I know that all I have to do at work, is write about them. I get to create the pages with the interview in our magazine.

I take a seat behind my desk and take a sip of my coffee. I turn on my computer and open the document with the interview. Together with one of the designers of The Triangle, I created the pages for the magazine. It looks amazing! I got all the pictures from Mick and they honestly couldn't be better. I helped to choose the best picture to print as a poster and I got to say which pictures should be in the magazine next to the interview.

Of course I - secretly - saved all the pictures on my phone and sent them to Yana. I don't think Finn would be happy if he finds out, but I don't care. Mick gave me permission.

I take one last look at the document on my computer and press print. With a big smile I walk over to the printer.

"Good morning," Sophie greets me as she walks in. "Good morning!" I smile. Sophie starts to laugh, "Please let this be forever!" I am confused, "what do you mean?" "This, you smiling and being the happiest you've ever been! I love this. Please stay like this forever," Sophie smiles.

I laugh, "If Finn keeps giving me these amazing interviews, I promise you, I will stay like this forever." Sophie laughs, "I'll pray for you!"

I laugh and grab my prints from the printer. I hold them in front of me and an even bigger smile appears on my face. These pages look even better like this! The interview is placed on two pages. Around the interview stand the different pictures of BTS. A few pictures are from the entire group and there are pictures of each of them individually.

I smile proudly and walk over to Finn's office. I am really proud of my work, but I know Finn will hate at least a bit of it. So, I take a deep breath, expect the worst and knock on his door.

"Come in!" Finn calls. I open the door and see he sits behind his desk. A worried smile appears on his face once he sees me. "Alyssa, I better hope you're here to show me the final result," Finn says. I smile and nod. "I am!" I tell him and place the pages in front of him.

Finn takes a moment to look at it and sighs, which is never a good sign. "It's not as bad as I thought it would be," He says. I feel confused. He has literally never said that in his entire carrière. Maybe I am better than I thought! Maybe he - for once - recognizes my good work! Maybe this means I get promoted... Al though, I shouldn't get my hopes up.

Finn looks at me. "Did you check everything on spelling mistakes?" He asks. I feel nervous. I know I did, a few times actually. But did I miss something? Oh god...

"I did," I tell him, trying to stay confident. "Are you sure their names are spelled right?" Finn asks. I sigh relieved, one thing I am absolutely sure about, is the spelling of their names! I've been spelling them for a lot of years, there is no way I misspelled them!

"Yes, sir, they are spelled correctly. Trust me, I got it from a good source," I tell him with a smile. Finn looks down at the pages again. He stays silent for a moment while he inspects them.

"There are too many pictures of them," Finn tells me and hands me back the pages. "But, sir, there are seven members. It is only fair to put a picture of each one individually," I tell him and take the pages from him. Finn lifts his eyebrow at me. "Fair? What do you mean fair? It's not like they are gonna read it," Finn says. "I mean fair for the fans, our readers," I tell him.

Finn nods, "Agreed. So get rid of the group pictures. We don't need that much of them anyway. I want just one picture of the entire group and then all... six, is it? individually." "Seven, actually," I correct him.

His eyes look straight into mine. The look on his face tells me that I shouldn't have corrected him. "I mean, you're right. I will change it immediately," I correct myself. Finn nods, "You better. Now get out." I nod quickly and get out of his office. I close the door behind me and sigh deeply.

After spending hours and hours deciding what picture of BTS is the best to put in the magazine - they are literally all freaking amazing - I go back to Finn's office. I knock the door and am welcomed by a small smile on Finn's face. That doesn't happen very often...

When I walk into his office, I see Carmen as well. She looks at me and looks scared, just like the last time when I heard I got to interview BTS. A wave of excitement flows through my body, but I try to stay serious.

"Are you done, Alyssa?" Finn asks. I nod and give him the new pages. He looks at it for a second and then looks at me, "Okay, take a seat." I nod and take a seat on the chair next to Carmen. "Last time we were in this setting, I was not so happy," Finn says, "But not this time."

I feel freaking nervous. I mean, not as nervous as I felt right before I got to meet BTS, but still very nervous. Will he finally give me promotion? I want nothing more than to do these kind of interviews every time!

Finn looks at Carmen. "You proved to me that you are a good worker," he says, "You finished Alyssa's work very well." Carmen nods, "thank you." "So, I won't punish you any longer. You get your normal job back, just like you, Alyssa," Finn says.

I feel confused. "But... But I thought my work was good," I tell him. Finn nods, "I said it was not bad." "Yes, not bad so that's good, right?" I ask. "It is, but not good enough," he says. My jaw drops. "So you will go back to your old job," Finn says, "your next interview is planned tomorrow, it is with someone about the future of social media."

I feel devastated. This is the worst! I don't want to go back to my old job! I don't want to interview people about these boring things. I want to do what I came here for. I want to interview artists!

"You can go now," Finn says. Carmen stands up and leaves the office. I stand up, but don't leave the office just yet. "Sir, I think I can do better than that," I tell him. Finn lifts his eyebrow at me. "Excuse me?" He asks.

I know this is his way of telling me to rephrase, but I won't, not anymore.

"Sir, I really loved doing the interview with BTS. That is what I came here for, what I wanna do and what I enjoy to do. I want to do interviews like that, instead of doing the small interviews nobody cares about," I tell him.

Finn looks at his phone, like he doesn't even care about anything I just said. "That's a great goal. Improve your work and maybe, just maybe in ten years, you get to do that," he says without looking at me. My jaw drops. "You can't be serious!" I shout. I know this is not the best way to talk to him, but I can't take this any longer.

Finn sighs annoyed and looks up from his phone. "Get out of my office, before I fire you," he says, "You do the work I give and nothing else. I will tell you when you can do bigger interviews. Not you. You are not bad, but not even close to being good enough to do this more often."

He looks back at his phone. "I know you need the money, so go back to work before I fire you," he says. I sigh deeply. I know he is right. If I will go on, he will definitely fire me. I can't let that happen. I need the money to pay the bills. Without this job, Yana and I have to sell the house and find another - cheaper - place. I can't do that to Yana...

Without saying another word, I walk out of the office and close the door behind me. I go back to my desk and take a seat. I look at my computer, with the BTS pages still on it. I sigh and feel tears burning in my eyes. It was the most amazing day of my life, but the idea of not getting to do it again, not even once, makes me really sad... I got a single taste of my dream job, but now I know that was all I got and probably will ever get... Just a single taste...
