Part One Hundred and Five 백오

A few weeks later, we all stand in the big concert hall. The guys are busy doing the rehearsals. But this time the rehearsals are not for their tour, but for the award show tonight.

Kaylee and I stand on the catwalk of the stage and look around in the hall. Now all the seats are empty, but in a few hours every single seat will be filled. Artists, journalists and a lot of fans will fill this hall with their excitement and joy. With a little luck, the guys will even get an award tonight. But either way they are allowed to perform, which is already really amazing.

Kaylee taps on my shoulder to get my attention. I was just looking at how the guys rehearsed Fake Love again, but tear my eyes away from their amazing moves to look at Kaylee. "Let's check where our seats of the night will be!" She says with a wide smile. I laugh and nod. "Okay! Do you know where they'll be?" I ask her. Kaylee nods, "Not exactly. But we'll find out!"

We quickly wave to the guys and walk off the stage. We walk past all the floor seats. The seats for the fans and the journalists are separated from the artists so the artists can enjoy the show without being bothered too much.

"There they are!" Kaylee points to a row of chairs. On the chairs I see a huge sign with 'BTS'. "Yes, I bet these are ours!" I laugh at the sign. We both look at the seats. "Too bad you and Taehyung can't sit together..." Kaylee says. I sigh and look at her. She is right. Because we will be surrounded by a lot of people today, we have to hide our relationship. So that means we can't sit next to each other and we just have to act like friends.

"Yeah, but we will get through it," I smile confidently. Kaylee laughs, "That's right. A while ago you acted like that every single day. You will survive a few hours!" I laugh with her and nod. She is right. We will get through this. I am already very happy that I am able to spend this day with them and to even sit next to them! I will get to see the amazing award show from close by, which is truly a dream come true.

I scare when I suddenly feel two strong arms around me from behind. I giggle and don't even have to turn around to see who's arms these are. I put my hands on his and lean back against his body. "Here you are," Taehyung says and he puts a soft kiss on my cheek. "Here I am, were you looking for me?" I ask him.

I quickly look around to see if nobody - who can't know about our relationship - can see us, but I only see our own crew around. Taehyung notices how I look around and laughs. He lets go of me and turns me around so I face him. "Don't worry, baby, we can just be us for now," He says with a playful wink. I feel my cheeks blush and I can't help but giggle a little. "I was just making sure," I tell him.

I lean in and kiss his cheek, which turns red right away. "To answer your question, yes I was looking for you," he says, "At the beginning of our rehearsal you were there and by the end you were gone. Was it that bad?" I laugh at his joke, "Yes it was. I really hope you'll be doing another song tonight!" Taehyung laughs and pushes me playfully.

The other guys join us as well and all look at our seats for tonight. "We will have an amazing view from here!" Jimin says excitedly. "Yes! I can't wait to see all the artists!" Jungkook says. "Me too! Plus, from here we will have a great walk past the fans if we have to collect our award," Suga smiles. "Be careful what you say, we might not win, you know?" Jin reminds Suga. "I think we have a great chance to win, hyung!" Suga says. "Well, let's hope for it," Namjoon says.

Then Jin turns to me. Looking at the grin on his face, this might not end well. "By the way, Ali, since you can't be Taehyung's date tonight, will you be my date?" Jin suggests with a playful grin. We all laugh and I see a few guys roll their eyes. Taehyung puts his arm around my shoulders and looks at Jin.

"Hell no, hyung," Taehyung tells Jin. Jin laughs, "Why not? If Ali is my date, nobody would think you two are dating." "This is such a bad idea!" Jimin laughs. "Yes, it is," Suga says, "If Ali would be anyone's date, she should be mine!" We all laugh and I lift my eyebrow at Suga. "Exciting offer," I joke.
