Part Seventy-Two 칠십이

"Where are we going?" I ask Taehyung once we hit the road. Taehyung focuses on the road, but looks at me with a smile. "I have no idea," he laughs. I laugh with him, but then he looks serious. "Are you serious?" I ask him. Taehyung laughs again, "I am serious."

I laugh and shake my head. "So, what? You came to my work to ask me to spend the day with you, but you never thought of what that day would look like?" I ask him. Taehyung laughs, "That's right! But honestly, I wasn't even sure you would agree with me."

I look at him and see a serious look on his face. "I don't believe you," I tell him, "How would I ever disagree?" Taehyung looks a little shy. "I don't know... Maybe you wouldn't be allowed to or something..." He says. I smile wide and put my hand on his leg. "I would've done anything to get this day with you," I tell him. Taehyung looks at me and smiles wide. He puts his hand on mine and holds it while he drives.

"Do you have somewhere you wanna go?" Taehyung asks me. I smile, "I don't mind. As long as I'm with you." Taehyung looks at me and smiles wide. He still holds my hand and I feel how he squeezes it softly.

Within a few minutes, Taehyung parks the car in front of a stadium. Staples Center to be exact. I look at Taehyung and smile. "Why are we here?" I ask him. Taehyung smiles, "Because there is nobody else here, it's fun to spend time here and I didn't know where else to go to. I would love to take you to a more public place, but we would have to deal with fans. I get to spend this day with you, so I want to spend it with nobody else but you." I smile wide and nod, "Me too."

We both get out of the car and go inside. Taehyung was right, there is nobody here but us. As we walk through the halls of the stadium, Taehyung grabs my hand and holds it. A wide smile appears on my face and I walk a little closer to him.

"Where are the others?" I ask him. "They all have rehearsals today. I was actually supposed to be there too, but I made sure I could take today off," He tells me. "Why? Don't you feel safe with me and nobody else in the building?" He jokes. I laugh, "No I don't. Who knows what you would do to me?" Taehyung looks at me and I see a huge smirk on his face. He looks away, but I see how he bites his lip. I bet he had something else in mind than I did when the words rolled off my lips.

We don't say another word about it. I follow Taehyung up a few stairs and in a few minutes, we go through a few doors and arrive in the concert hall. My jaw drops as I look around in the huge hall. We stand on the second ring, which is pretty high in this stadium. We have the most amazing view over the hall and the stage. I have seen this stadium before at their concert from two days ago, but from up here in an empty stadium, everything looks even more incredible.

"Cool right?" Taehyung asks me as he looks around with a big smile. "This is amazing," I tell him. I look at the stage and the chairs around it. I smile when I see the chair I sat on two days ago. The chair that was mine at the night I finally saw Taehyung again after six months. The chair where I laughed, danced, sang, smiled and cried on. Okay, I didn't sit on it for most of the time, but it still felt like my chair.

As I look beside me, I see two beautiful, sparkling, brown eyes stare at me. Just his look makes me blush. I look away, but I still feel his eyes on me. He keeps staring at my face with a beautiful smile. I try to look at the stadium and the amazing stage again, but I can't focus anymore. I can only focus on his eyes on me. I feel my cheeks blush and my face turns red.

I laugh and put my hands on my face to hide it from him. "Stop staring!" I laugh of embarrassment. Taehyung laughs as well. "No, don't hide! You're blocking my view," Taehyung laughs. His fingers wrap around my wrists and he tries to pull my hands off my face. I feel like my skin is on fire. Just the sound of him, saying these sweet words to me and flirting with me while he laughs with the most beautiful laugh.
