A thundering knock rang through his house, god damnit, it better not be the organization official again. He didn't know if he could handle another round, what fuckers. With careful hands he cracked his nose back into place, he watched as some coagulated blood dripped out with fresh blood. He had left it for too long. Quickly he rolled some toilet paper to shove up his nostrils, wincing slightly as he did. Alas he had more pressing matters than his nose, which was answering the door.
The assassin grabbed his loaded desert eagle, making sure the magazine was properly loaded. Then he headed out of the bathroom and headed downstairs. Once to the door he looked out the peephole, he didn't recognize the two men who stood at his door. Did the organization send them or was it something else? Either way he gripped his gun tighter as he opened the door, aiming the barrel right at the larger man's center of mass, "Who sent you?"
His eyes furrowed, seeing them as a threat since it was never good when goons showed up at his door. His hair was tousled, lip busted like his nose and the blossoming bruise under his right eye. He could still take them though if he needed. Alex wasn't one to easily submit, no matter how hard they tried to make him.Victor was not having any of it. He was not about to die for the guy who had shot at his boss not long ago, so of course he tightened his grip on his own gun.
"Brett Yang sent us. I'm sure you're familiar with him. We're here for Eddy's stuff," he said coldly, narrowing his eyes. "You'll show us where it is." He took a step forward, practically walking into the gun pointed at him to tower over the short man in front of him. Victor trusted that his partner would be quick to shoot the guy if he tried anything funny, anyway. "I've got a list."Alex's eyes stayed narrowed, as the gears in his head started to work, "I'm aware of target 509-B."
The organization really had an obsession with numbers, it made it a bit confusing at times considering the assassins were assigned numbers. Alex pushed that thought down though since it wasn't that important. He was simply relieved that none of the officials had come back and weren't the ones here to reclaim Eddy's stuff, "It's boxed in the living room, you can check to make sure it's not bombed or something."
His finger slipped off the trigger but his hands were still firmly wrapped around his gun. It could still be a test, trying to get him to slip up. Then in that case dead men tell no tales. Alex glanced around the house almost as if paranoid that it was bugged or had cameras. Which in reality, it was and he knew. Dead people may not speak but it was hard to keep devices from doing so. Carefully he stepped back, still focusing his gun on the burly man.
"The living room is to your right," Alex would figure it out. Inu glanced from the assassin to Victor. He tried to not let his own nerves show, it wasn't that often they came into someone else's house demanding something. It also wasn't that often it was a cold blooded killers house. Inu hoped that Alex was more like Eddy, namely the part about being bad at his job.Victor glanced through to the living room, thinking what was the best option here. He didn't particularly like having the gun pointed at him, but it seemed at least that the assassin would let them get the stuff which would please the boss.
"Inu, go check the stuff while I keep our host company, will you?" Victor requested, looking back at the small assassin. He didn't really think he would shoot anymore after he had moved his finger off the trigger, which was quite a relief. "Check for any hazard and that everything is there."Alex scoffed slightly but didn't say anything as of yet.
Inu nodded slightly and slipped past them, all he could hope was that they wouldn't get killed. He had a girlfriend to live for! Very carefully he glanced around as he walked into the living room. There appeared to be a struggle but as Alex had said the boxes were there. Inu hoped there was nothing like a pipe bomb in one of them. That would be absolutely bad. He mentally went through the list then searched to see if it was everything.
