Eddy felt warmth spread through his body as he leaned on Brett, wrapping his own arms around the man's shoulders as Brett held him by the waist. He was still weary of having his arms and hands near Brett's neck, he didn't want to hurt him any more than he had. Either way he let his eyes fall closed, as he tried to just melt into it without thinking too much.

"Is this okay?" Brett asked as a whisper as he allowed one hand to travel up his side, up his ribs, and slowly running over Eddy's chest. They were so close, he could almost feel the slight tremble in Eddy's breath.

"It's okay," Eddy let his eyes blink open again, he wanted to chase Brett's lips and kiss him again. Kiss him until their lips were swollen and red, he wouldn't do that yet though. He'd only do that if Brett was fully comfortable, "Hmm, I'm happy."

Brett smiled a bit, following his own hand with his eyes as he mapped out Eddy's chest, feeling the curves of it.
"I am happy too," he hummed softly, moving his gaze up to meet Eddy's eyes. It was crazy that they somehow ended up here after all, after everything. "It feels completely surreal."

"It does feel that way but it feels right. You feel right," Eddy spoke gently as he shivered a bit at the touch. Part of him had wished he didn't wait this long, that he would have let his feelings be known when they were still just college students. Then again he wouldn't have met Alex if that were the case. So things turned out fairly well with all considering.

"You feel right too. You always have," Brett exhaled, subconsciously leaning in slightly closer. He could feel Eddy's breath fan over his lips, making him shiver with excitement. "I always really knew it was you or nobody. I just had to stop denying it to myself, I guess."

"You always knew?" Eddy asked as he looked him in the eyes, with a small hum. He thought Brett was sweet, even if things hadn't always turned out well with them. He sure hoped that it would work out well for them this time around. He didn't know what he would do if it didn't. He didn't know what Brett would do for that matter.

"Well... I guess maybe not always. There was of course a period of realization, but... I've always felt the same. Since meeting again in the youth orchestra," Brett explained, licking his lips. "And then... I gave up for a bit. Figured I'd try and get over you, you know? I figured you were straight as a ruler."

"I did date Toni, and at the time I did think I was bisexual at the least. So I guess it was an easy assumption... Now I think about it now I'm pretty sure I'm just gay," Eddy bumped their foreheads together, "And I know I that I really like you. I knew that then too. Thought you were straight too."
Considering they had sex, he had know doubts about Brett's preferences now.

"Yeah, no, I definitely wasn't straight," Brett chuckled softly, blushing a bit. "The best way I can think to describe it is uh... Eddy-romantic, bisexual?"

He snorted at his own joke, blushing a bit.
Eddy laughed softly, "Well, I'd believe that. Maybe we should explore that sexuality a bit more. I wanna kiss you some more. If that's okay?"

"Oh, I'd love that," Brett purred softly, closing the gap between them himself without any hesitation. He would probably never get used to the tickling in his stomach kissing Eddy caused.
Eddy kissed him gently, nipping lightly at Brett's bottom lip. He wanted to feel the man close to him but also still wanted to just feel soft and cozy. Either way he pressed against Brett so his chest was flat against Brett's.

Brett responded by moving his arms, resting them over Eddy's shoulders and running his fingers through the hair in the back of his head. He parted his lips slightly to breathe, but didn't part from him. He wanted to be closer, as close as possible.
