Brett was honestly so uncomfortable wearing these strange clothes that kind of fit him, but also kind of didn't. Besides, he wasn't comfortable wearing contact lenses. He would have to, though, or the plan wouldn't work. The plan had to work, it just had to.
"Take the next off the highway," he instructed Victor and Alex over the radio. Brett was driving behind him in a rental car that the poor company would likely never see again while Victor and Alex were in the other car. He just hoped they were still getting along so that wouldn't screw up the plan.Alex loaded his gun as they drove towards the organization, this plan better work. Once the gun was loaded he hid it in the inside of the suit jacket. He had been in a lot of disguises before so the attire and glasses didn't bother him as much. Hopefully giving Brett up as himself would buy the man enough time to get inside. With his gun he should be able to cause enough of a distraction.
Victor was honestly so nervous about the whole thing. Not his own part of the job, because that seemed simple enough, but the fact that the boss was posing as the target of the organization. Still, he kept his cool. Boss knew what he was doing, and it would be fine.
"Yessir," he answered the radio, taking off the highway as instructed. Boss followed behind them. They would stop a bit before the gate and have all of them in the same car as they approached, making it seem like they were handing Alex over.Alex was very quiet as they drove, he was running through the plan in his head to make sure he knew all the details. He kept running it over and over, to make sure nothing was missed. It needed to move seamlessly if he wanted them all to turn out alive. Brett would be the safest disguised as him, would only have to worry about some shock torture to make him obey, then maybe kill him when realizing Brett wasn't him. He had to worry about himself and Eddy, along with Victor since they tended to take out the getaway drivers or at least destroy the car.
"Pull in there," Brett said over the radio, referring to a small side road coming up. It was time to park his car and gather. He would have to get Eddy all the way out here as Victor and Alex fled, but it would be okay.
Victor did as asked, stopping the car so Brett could swap to sit in the back seat of his car.
"I hope you're sure about this," he said as the boss opened the car door and slipped in. He turned to Alex, sitting next to him in the front seat. "And that you run fast as hell getting out of there so we can head off as soon as possible.""I know how to tactically retreat so I'll be fine. " Alex glanced back at Brett, that was the factor they needed to worry about. They needed to make sure this worked and that both men came out alive, "So I'll present you. They'll most likely have a target on me, not you since they technically need zero alive. But I'll take them out and the shoot out along with some of the smoke from the guns will be distraction enough to get you inside. You have my key card right, for the scanners?"
He just wanted to make sure they did this right. Alex was sure that Brett was going over it just as much as him.
"Of course I'm sure," Brett assured Victor quickly before double checking his jeans, or rather Alex' jeans that he was currently wearing, for the key card. He had it. "Yes, I have the card. You worry about getting yourself and Victor out of there once you have their attention, alright?"
"I'm worrying about my boyfriend's safety and yours. I can at least get Victor and myself out alive. " Alex sighed but made sure that he could pull his gun quickly. Might as well practice a bit before they got there. He needed to make sure. Even if it meant checking over and over again.
"And I'll get myself and Eddy out alive, alright? It'll be okay," Brett said, leaning back a bit in his seat. "Let's get going, Victor."
"Alright," Victor said, turning back out onto the gravel road to head down towards the building in the distance.
