Eddy nervously looked around the locker room, he felt so out of place here. He knew he didn't belong there, but he would try to ease his anxieties. Eddy just needed his hand to be wrapped, then he could just hide in his room. For now he awkwardly stood behind Ray who was unlocking his locker.

"Theeere we go," Ray said as he got the old lock to work with him, pulling it off and opening his locker. A few of the books of sheet music he kept in there fell out, but he ignored them for now as he looked for the cleaning solution and some cotton circles. "You can just sit down on that bench if you want."

Eddy watched the sheet music fall, trying to read the score as it did. He wondered if he should pick it up, then again he wouldn't want to get blood on it, "Okay, thank you. Uh, do you play an instrument?"

He asked since not many non-musicians owned sheet music.

Ray looked down at the sheet music that had fallen, noticing the one on top. Sibelius violin concerto.
"Yeah, violin," he said with a small smile as he finally found what he was after in the locker. He moved everything over to the bench he had asked Eddy to sit down on, carefully laying it out so he could have easy access to it. "Or I guess I used to play, at least. I don't have much time for it anymore."

"I play violin too, as did Brett at some point in life," Eddy murmured, as he thought about it. He wouldn't talk too much about himself though, "Is work busy for you, is that why you don't play as much anymore?"

"Everything is busy if you make it busy, I suppose," Ray shrugged, grabbing himself some gloves too. He didn't like to think about what could have been if he made time for the violin. All he knew was that his parents had already let him know he wouldn't be good enough for music uni anyway. "Would you mind sitting down?"

Eddy nodded as he slowly sat down, "Do you have a favorite composer? I like Debussy."
He was familiar with classical music so it comforted him to talk about it.

"Hmm, I guess there's a lot of good composers. Maybe Bach?" Ray said as he carefully had some cleaning solution on one of the cotton circles. "Depends on the situation, I think."

"Makes sense, you really have to be in the mood for certain composers and pieces," Eddy spoke softly as he watched Ray clean his bite wound. He wasn't sure much else to say about that.

Ray carefully held Eddy's hand and dabbed the cleaning solution onto the wound, probably making it sting slightly.
"I suppose so, yeah. Debussy is nice, though," he commented, wanting to keep Eddy talking. He seemed to have cheered up a bit since he found him in his room. "I wish he composed more pieces for violin."

"I do too, but I still see his compositions as pretty great. I always tried to play the piano pieces when I was younger," Eddy murmured, he learned piano first but never really continued in it except for the basics. Maybe he should go back to piano though since playing violin hurt his wrist so much, "Do you play piano too?"

"I mean, I have had piano lessons, but it would be a stretch to say I play," Ray chuckled, shaking his head. "Nah, I wouldn't say I do. You do, though?"

"I play the basics still, but classical pieces would be hard for me I think," Eddy thought so at least. It wouldn't be a bad skill to grow. It may be better on his wrist. He wasn't sure though, he would probably hold too much tension where he got injured.

"That's more than me, at least," Ray smiled, finishing cleaning up the wounds. "Do you want a bandage on it too?"

"Do you think it would be best to have it bandaged," Eddy looked at Ray, whe would follow the nice man's advice. He seemed to know what he was doing so Eddy would trust Ray.

"It's probably easier to avoid infections with a bandage on it, but we could just put a large band-aid on it if that's easier for you," Ray said, looking at it a bit. He thought he had something to stick on there that would work.

"Then I would like to cover it, whichever is easiest," Eddy didn't mind if it was a bandaid or bandages. He wanted to make it easier on Ray, of course. It was the nice thing to do for the most part.

"Let's get a band-aid then," Ray smiled, standing up and going over to his locker to find one.

"Thank you Ray, this means a lot to me," Eddy spoke softly, it wasn't a common occurrence that people he barely knew were nice to him. So even a little kindness shown was held dear to him. He liked it. Probably a bit too much honestly, it made him trust too easily.

"I'm just giving you a band-aid, it's really nothing," Ray said with a smile as he got one out of his locker and went to put it on his hand. "Besides, it's part of my job to make sure you're okay. I'm sure the boss would fire me if I didn't."

"I still appreciate it," Eddy saw it as something, even if it was for the job or possibly pity. He was still grateful for it. Eddy was just very starved for good human interaction since his source was usually just one person.

"Don't hesitate to ask if you need anything, though. I don't mind helping out," Ray said as he took Eddy's hand carefully to place the large band-aid on the bite mark. "If there's anything I can fix, or if there's any questions or anything you don't want the boss to know, alright? I'll do what I can."

"Alright, thank you," Eddy nodded as he looked at his hand, suddenly he felt a bit shy and he didn't know why. Not to mention it seemed like he calmed down around the man he hardly knew. Eddy didn't remember the comfort during the nights but his subconscious did, so it seemed to soothe him. He felt less angry towards Alex and less disdainful towards Brett. Both men were just trying to help after all. It didn't make him less sad though. Only more calm.

"Want a look around the mansion now, by the way? If you're staying for a while, I mean?" Ray offered as he threw away all wrapping and the used cotton circle. "Might be good to know the ins and outs of the place."

"Is it okay for me to look around?" Eddy chewed on his lip slightly. He wasn't so sure that was a good idea, "Won't the other guards not like that?"

He didn't want to overstep. Seeing as he wasn't trying to kill anyone anymore he would try to respect boundaries .

"The boss has made it very clear you're a guest here. I'll just remind them about that, don't worry," Ray shrugged, picking up his sheet music and stuffing everything back in his locker. "It'll be fine, promise."

"Oh okay," Eddy slowly stood up, he was still a bit concerned by that. It felt really weird honestly to be offered a tour around the house. Especially by someone who wasn't Brett. The man was nice though, so Eddy didn't fully mind. He got up so Ray could lead him around.

"Let's just start here in the guard's corridor," Ray smiled, opening the door for him. "I'm sure you'll like our exercise room."
