With Venno:
The Velociraptor growled, backing away from the Anglerfish as he began walking towards her, a strange look in his eyes that she couldn’t quite understand.
“So, mind if I ask you your name? I must say, you’re probably the most beautiful Bounty Hunter I ever had the honor of being hunted by” said Dexx, chuckling lightly.
Venno snarled, trying to see if she could detect any sort of sarcasm or trickery, but didn’t detect any, which confused her even more as she continued to back away from him.
“I don’t know what you’re trying to get at, but fine. I’ll humor you. The name’s Venno Rapter, and like I said before, I’m bringing you in and collecting your bounty” said Venno, scowling as she glanced behind her and saw that she was about to accidentally back into a wall.
Dexx suddenly appeared in front of her, causing her to jump in fright, their faces only inches from each other.
“It’s quite the pleasure meeting you, Venno Rapter. No need to worry, I wasn’t lying or being sarcastic. My words to you are as true as the sound of my heart beating out of my chest just by the sight of you” said Dexx, wrapping his arm around Venno’s shoulder and pulling her head down so her ear was resting against his chest.
Venno’s eyes widened when she heard the sound of Dexx’s heart beating loudly and rapidly in his chest, suddenly getting what he was saying.
She snarled, pushing herself away from him, causing him to just chuckle.
“Are you serious!? You’re a bounty. I-I...I just can’t” exclaimed Venno, feeling her face heat up, blushing brightly.
Dexx just chuckled, a lovestruck look in his eyes as he admired the Velociraptor.
“Your denial just makes me like you even more” said the Anglerfish somewhat dreamily, his ears twitching slightly.
Venno felt her face heat up in both a blush and in anger, snarling as she glared at the Anglerfish.
“You are SO dead right now” exclaimed Venno, taking out her silenced handgun and taking aim at the Anglerfish, but he quickly jumped out of the way as she tried taking a shot at him.
“Aw, come on. Don’t be like that. Besides, my wanted poster says I have to be brought in alive” said Dexx, chuckling before putting on his mask, quickly making a dash for the back door.
Venno snarled, cursing under her breath and glancing away.
“Fucking...ugh, he’s right…” she muttered to herself, quickly putting her gun away before making chase.
Quickly running out of the storage building, Venno glanced around, looking for any sign of the Anglerfish.
“Hey” called the familiar voice of Dexx from above.
Startled, Venno glanced up, growling when she saw the Anglerfish kneeling on the rooftop above her with his mask resting on his head, smirking as he waved.
Venno snarled when he quickly got up, lowering his mask so it was covering his face as he turned and ran off.
“Oh no, you don’t. I’m not letting you get away from me THAT easily” snarled Venno to herself, quickly activating the jets attached to her outer thighs, allowing her to get up on the rooftop with ease.
Venno spotted Dexx far ahead of her, the Anglerfish parkouring his way from rooftop to rooftop with ease and agility that could match her own.
Venno shook her head, refocusing on the task at hand.
