With Dexx:
The Anglerfish was part way through cutting the metal bars with the small jets in his working jet boot, but he was suddenly startled by the sound of the door opening.
This caused the Anglerfish to accidentally drop his rocket boot, which nearly burnt his hand since the small jets were still on.
Dexx managed to quickly pick it up and turn the jets off, the Anglerfish sighing in relief before finally realizing he was not alone in the room.
Looking up, Dexx saw a young Spider Crab girl who would most likely be Mr.Krabiss’ daughter.
She had short blond hair that was tied up in two small upper ponytails, and she was wearing a glittering purple skirt with a dark purple and white striped shirt.
The Spider Crab girl smiled and blushed brightly when she saw the Anglerfish glance over at her, and she even looked as if she was about to pass out.
“Oh my gosh, it’s so nice to see you again! I just knew my daddy would bring you back. I remember seeing you for the first time two years ago, when you came and took daddy’s ruby, and I just couldn’t stop thinking about how cute you were. You’re such a rebel and I love it” said the Spider Crab girl quickly, her eyes glistening with excitement.
Dexx just frowned, the Anglerfish worried that Mr.Krabiss would be nearby if his daughter was here talking to him.
“Yeah, sure. Who are you again?” asked Dexx, the Anglerfish turning the jet boot back on and going back to melting the metal bars, deciding that the young Spider Crab girl was no immediate threat.
The Spider Crab girl giggled.
“Oh, silly me. I should have introduced myself first. My name is Debby” said the Spider Crab girl.
Dexx just hummed in response, the Anglerfish barely paying attention.
“That’s nice” muttered Dexx, the only thing going through his head being to escape and reunite with Venno.
“And I know exactly who you are, Dexx Angle. I watch all the news clips about you. I just love how you pulled off those heists without getting caught. You’re just so rebellious and dreamy. I found it really mean of that Velociraptor denizen for attacking you that one time. I would never do anything to hurt you” said Debby, the Spider Crab frowning and crossing her arms when she mentioned Venno.
Dexx’s ear twitched, the Anglerfish scowling as he gave her a quick glare.
Deciding not to say a single word, Dexx rolled his eyes before he continued with what he was doing, the Anglerfish focusing on melting the metal bars.
Debby frowned when she saw Dexx’s reaction, the Spider Crab girl having hoped the Anglerfish would have at least agreed with her.
“Well, whatever. You’re here with me now. Daddy won’t let you go, since you took that stupid ruby from him” said Debby, the Spider Crab girl smiling as she grasped two of the metal bars with her clawed hands.
Dexx sighed in annoyance, the Anglerfish wishing Debby would just leave already in fear of her father returning and finding out what he was doing.
“Listen, I could really use some help getting out of here. My jet boot isn’t doing the job fast enough, and I could really use some inside help” said Dexx, the Anglerfish seeing that he had only made it about one fourth of the way around the circle he had been planning to cut.
Debby gasped and nodded, the Spider Crab quickly turning around and grabbing the key that was hung up on the hook beside the door, to which Dexx hadn’t seen since it was hidden behind a coat that someone hung up.
