With Jerry:

The older Spider was confused and concerned as he waited in the lobby for Venno, the Velociraptor telling him that he would see who her bounty was when she brought them in.

Jerry took a slow puff from his cigar, angered at himself for not reading through the wanted poster properly when Fiona handed it over to him.

He had been so busy trying to think on who could temporarily become the Bounty Interrogator that he barely paid attention to what he was reading.

All he knew was that Mr. and Mrs. Harpins had posted another bounty and that the last place they had been seen was in Los Hellus.

Jerry perked up when he heard the sound of the front doors opening, indicating someone had entered the building.

The older Spider gasped in shock, dropping his cigar on the floor at the sight of Venno walking alongside the bounty she had just brought in.

The young Harpy girl, Harper Harpins, was the last denizen Jerry would have thought of having a bounty placed on her.

Especially by her own parents.

Shaking his head and managing to pick up his cigar, tossing it in the nearby trash can, Jerry swiftly lit a new one before walking over to greet the Velociraptor and Harpy girl.

“Well then, might I ask just one question to our young bounty here?” asked Jerry, forcing a smile, but was clearly angered.

Venno crossed her arms and nodded, glancing down at the Harpy girl as she glanced away.

“What were you and your parents thinking? I don’t want to be rude, but we’ve got other bounties that need to be brought in, rather than running around looking for children who had run away from home. Care to explain what compelled you to do so?” asked Jerry, trying to hold back his anger, but it was clear that he was beyond angry considering he had unintentionally crushed his newly lit cigar in his hand without realizing it.

The young Harpy girl flinched, her eyes shut tightly as she shook her head.

“I don’t want to say. I’m sorry, but it’s hard to explain, and I don't think you’d understand” said Harper, clearly scared, refusing to speak as she shrank down and crossed her wings.

Jerry just glared at the young Harpy girl for a second before sighing in frustration, his hand loosening around the now crushed cigar, letting it fall to the floor.

“Alright then. How about we head up to the interrogation room. Maybe then you’ll talk” said Jerry, turning around and walking over to the elevator without waiting for the two.

Venno frowned worriedly, knowing how angry and impatient Jerry could get when he didn’t get answers right away.

With Venno:

The Velociraptor quickly rushed after Jerry, the young Harpy girl reluctant to do so, but didn’t want to be left alone as she quickly went into the elevator alongside the two.

“And would someone clean up my bloody cigar that I crushed out of anger and frustration?” called Jerry to everyone in the lobby, swiftly lighting a cigarette this time as the elevator doors slid closed.

Venno couldn’t help but stiffen up in fright as she spotted two janitors quickly ran to clean up the discarded cigar near the front entrance, afraid of Jerry’s wrath. This was most likely from the fact that he couldn’t find a replacement Bounty Interrogator, but also because he now had to deal with the young Harpy girl and her parents.
