Cruella De Vil (from 101 Dalmatians). Truly evil, her main victims are small puppies of whose fur she wants to make into a coat - purely for aesthetic purposes. Sherlock absolutely loves dogs, so the thought of doing anything remotely cruel to such pure beings is beyond evil and barbaric.

The Queen of Hearts (from Alice in Wonderland) - the cry baby of villains. She annoys you both, screaming off with their heads at the slightest displeasure. Evil, but not particularly interesting nor hands on with the crime, John hates her arrogance and large ego.
MORIARTY

Prince Hans (from Frozen). It's mainly his plot twist that annoys Jim. Nothing he did during the bulk of the movie is even remotely evil - he even saves the main character mid-way through. It bugs Jim so much that he ignores the real ending and makes up his own - instead of saving her, he allows the guard to kill Elsa so he can marry Anna and become King. A much better ending in his opinion.

Lady Tremaine (the wicked stepmother in Cinderella). A sly and horrible woman, her crimes go unnoticed by many, while behind closed doors she abuses her stepdaughter. These kinds of domestic crimes are the hardest to prove and provide justice for the victim, and it upsets Greg and you so much because of the silent suffering the victims endure.
MYCROFT

Scar. A lion who hates his brother so much, overcome by jealousy and bitterness, is the worst type of villain to Mycroft - especially because he cares for his own brother so much. Scar is cold and calculating, throwing his own nephew into danger to bait his brother to his own death.
