Lazy day?? Excuse me?? Sherlock doesn't have "lazy days". Every day is either an opportunity to solve his case or learn something eXtReMeLy ImPoRtAnT like the individual smell of each tobacco sold in London, or the different textures of types of yarn and fur. Maybe he'll throw in an experiment or two. But he wont even try to learn anything that won't help his cases (apart from the violin. . . he has a soft spot for that).

You think john can have a lazy day while living with Sherlock? A lazy day to him is probably solving a case that only takes Sherlock 2 minutes to solve, and two hours drive in rush hour traffic to get to. If he does manage to get away for the day, he wouldn't really like to stay inside. He gets bored too easily. So, you both would probably walk around London or spend the day out, going no where in particular - just enjoying the day at a slow pace.

Shopping. He has to keep his wardrobe immaculate. That's just him. So when he gets a bit of time off, he'll go shopping with you. He's one of those people who find shopping relaxing, and loves trying on every piece of clothing before buying it. He'll also ask your opinion like a billion times before actually buying something. If he finishes clothes shopping early then that's okay - there's always more accessories he can buy to go with each outfit.

Greg takes his lazy days as an opportunity to meet up with friends and family. Of course, you go with him too. When he's tired and with people he likes, he can talk for ages, so it really does take the whole day. You'll all go out for coffee or dinner then back to your place. But he makes sure to leave enough time in the evening to spend some time with you alone and get his stuff ready for work the next day.
MYCROFT

Either visit his parents/ your parents or visit Sherlock. That keeps you both entertained. His interactions with his own parents are quite something to witness; them being sweet, ordinary, loving parents who don't hesitate to scold him despite him being a genius. At your parents, he is very courteous, and can have really interesting conversations with them. And then at Sherlocks, his inner child comes out while they play board games. You know you could never play at their level, but honestly, just watching them is entertainment enough.
