It's across the street, and he's a bit of a distance away. A group of men leave you slumped in the alley way wedged between the two houses across the street, and Sherlock flies across the road to help you. He's trembling with anger, but acts calm while next to you, and trying to get you help.
JOHN

John watches you fall from a two storey balcony, and it reminds him too much of Sherlock's apparent suicide. It terrifies him because he knows you wouldn't fake something like that. He stumbles over and shouts out for help, but his throat is hoarse and dry and he can barely make it a few steps before he passes out.

You had a bit of an argument, and he watched you slam the door and walk as far away from the building he's in as possible. He also saw it when two men grabbed you and dragged you into some bushes. Jim can't tell his snipers to shoot because he can't even see where you are, so he sprints out after you with his handgun raised - he doesn't care who sees him or what happens to him.
LESTRADE

You were walking next to him down the stairs of the police department when you misjudged the stair and fell. He held his arm out to catch you, but missed and you rolled down and cracked your head against the wall. His stomach churns and he shouts out for help, but he's too panicked to give you proper first aid.
MYCROFT

Mycroft almost missed it, but out of the corner of his eye he could just about make out a struggle - a group of men shoving you into the back of a van. He freezes, but luckily Sherlock notices too and shakes Mycroft out of his trance. They remember as many details as they can and find who have you. Mycroft will personally see to it that these men never get the chance to hurt you again. Ever.
