Sherlock senses immediately that there is something wrong. He'll stay in bed too, and help you open up about your feelings and lack of motivation so that he can help you feel better and ready to get up and start the day.

John finds it cute when you roll yourself up into a cocoon and refuse to get out of bed. He knows it's because you find the bed so comfortable and warm, and so you say you're never going to leave. He ends up giving in and joining you back under the covers anyway.

Well if you're not going to get out of bed, he may as well order breakfast in and curl up with you. Jim loves staying in bed too, so he knows exactly what you feel. He also knows you can't say no to a warm breakfast brought in, and that you will happy enough to get out of bed after.

He knows exactly how you feel, and on most days he feels that way too. But he also managed to get his head out of that state of mind by thinking about how much you mean to him, and he's sure that you will find something worthy of getting out of bed for. Even if it's just the pancakes he's making for you in the morning.

Mycroft is logical about the situation. He knows you haven't been feeling great. He also knows that just encouraging you out of bed one day won't necessarily help you the next day. So instead he starts a new hobby with you in an attempt to give you something, if small, to look forward to each day.
