He was on the phone to you when his parents came over. He was shy and didn't want you to know his parents were there, or his parents to know he was talking to you. You said quite loudly "I love you" on the phone and waited for him to say it back. He did, but blushed like a mushroom after. That's how his parents found out that he was with you.

You complimented him in front of Sherlock and Greg - the type of really heartfelt compliment where you don't know what to say back. He's almost never been this speechless before, so it embarrassed him a little when he didn't know what to say back. His nose turns pink when he blushes.

You caught him doing something very innocent - talking to your old stuffed teddies that you keep on the wardrobe. He was dusting up there, and speaking to himself, and that kinda turned into him talking to the teddies. You walked in on him and his face tinged the slightest shade of pink. Then he hopped down and pretended he wasn't embarrassed.

You answered a question for Sherlock before Greg could. . . and got it right. Greg was impressed and proud, but also a little embarrassed that he couldn't answer it first.
