Sherlock doesn't fear aging. As long as his brain stays just as with it as it is now, he's happy. But he understands why it is scary for you, and can be very comforting. No one knows what happens after death, but the way he talks about it and comforts you makes you realise that it doesn't really matter - as long as you spend every minute here well, then you've had a great life and death is just the next step.

John knows exactly how you feel. Each day he wakes up and he remembers that it's one day towards the end. It's a very dark thought, but he's accepted that there's no escaping age, so he promises himself to not let the thoughts get to him too deeply; he acknowledges them, then moves on.

Mycroft is to a certain extent - if he grows older and can't look after himself, how will he look after everyone else? His selfless way of thinking makes you smile, and though you know the fear will always be there, you refuse to let it overcome you.
