Sherlock tries to help you see that you don't need them, and you're better without them. You're really upset, and it takes a while for you to see that they were toxic, and more of an enemy than a friend.

John is shocked. He thought you two were really close so when you broke down into tears he felt angry - how could a friend hurt you like that? He talks to you about it and it gives you the chance to get everything off your chest so you can move on.

He knew it. He knew they were fake. Jim will be extremely caring and comforting, and try to make you feel better by having a movie night or taking you out somewhere, but inside he's so happy that he was right - he understands people better than Sherlock in that way.

You're not crying, but he can tell you're upset. He's shocked that they betrayed you, and even more shocked at how well you're handling it. He makes sure he comforts you and talks about it with you in case you're trying to keep your emotions hidden.

Mycroft can sense you're upset, but for a while you don't tell him why. He guesses that you fell out with your friend, but is smart enough not to ask - he lets you tell him, then comforts you and tells you how much better you'll be without them.
